This is the only Chick Fil-A in the area for miles. Their iced tea and lemonade mixed with ice seriously helps my allergies so I go when I can. And I adore their chicken minis - nuggets on these sweet Hawaiian style rolls. Anyway, this place is packed most of the time. The employees are very nice and seem to really care about the customers but it seems to be understaffed as its difficult to get a refill, or an incorrect drink replaced, let alone keep it clean. There was so much sticky scuzz on the registers the other day I almost had to leave. Except I had been in line for 10 minutes. A place as busy and high volume as this should really devote more to cleaning - with cleaning professionals and not their overworked employees. And the restaurant is rather uncomfortable - needs some improvements especially in winter - there are 3 doors that blow cold weather into the dining area.

Employees cant understand my English and dining room attendee is rude and demanding her way. Are menu items at this location being rationed? Too little for your money. Kids play area is dirty and has air conditioning problems and in decline and when voicing my concerns about it to management she was dismissive and just didnt care. Will they care if disease breaks out at this location of Chick Fe La? I felt as if I were in a third world fast food place. Very disheartening because I love Chick Fe La but this location is definitely one to avoid.

Ordered a day ahead of time to pick up at 8AM today, but didnt not leave until around 8:20AM. The manager was really nice & apologetic and offered me a free breakfast. I declined solely because I did not want to delay the process any further. They also forgot all my sauces that I specifically asked for online and in person. Granted I should have checked if they were in the bags but I was already late and asked twice but still.

Never a wrong order and the staff is impeccably nice and spirited. The only thing I can say to keep in mind is to expect them to be busy and if youre doing the park and wait for the food to come to your car then expect people shopping at the Target to take the designated parking spaces for chick fill a and have to explain to the nice employee why youre not where theyre expecting you to be parked.

Great spot for the kids. There are always promotions going on with activities and fun stuff for them to do. Ive noticed the owner and/or his wife helping out on several occasions. They are involved in the community and sponsor several school fund-raising nights. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Note that it can get very crowded during peak times.

Just left there a few minutes ago to discover everything I ordered was either missing or not served correctly. Unfortunately for me, this is closer to my house than other locations and its too late to drive back. Employees could pay a bit more attention to detail when servicing customers. If possible, go to another Chickfila.

The worst chick fil a I have seen, Tables & chairs is so dirty floor is sticky and lots of paper trash on the ground, No trays for dinning in!, lemonade is terrible as if water was added more than suppose to be, nuggets box has a very tiny pieces....horrible service... Will never be back

One star is not for anything else but the new egg white chicken bowl they have advertised. Its nothing like the picture depicts. Dont bother wasting $7.36. You get a small kid size bowl with four small strips of chicken. It practically was two bites gone and done.

Very busy chick-fil-a, sometimes you have to wait a bit for food, its never long, and you know that the food is freshly made. Just a testament to the popularity of this restaurant. This particular one does not have a drive through, you must dine in or carry out.

This locations ok, but I dont know who had the bright idea to build a fast food joint without a drive-through. I wonder how much business they miss out on as a result. Otherwise, its as satisfying as youd expect from your average Chick-Fil-A, pretty good stuff.

They are very friendly. The wait is not long at all. Ive always had a pleasant time eating here. Service: Fantastic Food: Awesome as always. Atmosphere: Casual. Not too noisy. This place is family friendly as Ive seen a lot of families eating here.

At first I was annoyed at them telling me to eat mor Chicken...... But this place has helped me see the error of my ways before the Chicken. Now I only eat chicken except on sunday, but thats a different story for another time.

Very busy particularly during lunch and dinner. They have about a dozen staffs to move the line, so no long waiting at all. The manager is very nice. With such crowd, they still happily accommodated our vegetarian requests.

Ive always been impressed by this Chick Fil A, its staffed mostly by young teen-agers, but they do a great job turning out orders and keeping the place clean; all while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
