So, my daughter and I went there for a quick dinner, as we were both tired and hungry. We started out with soft pretzel sticks with cheddar cheese sauce. I should have stopped there. The soft pretzels were soft and warm, but the sauce was watery and tasted like beer. I ordered a combo platter. I chose a salad and baked macoroni and cheese. The sald was delightful! It is a spring mix with goat cheese, blueberries, walnuts, and a blueberry vinegarette dressing. The salad was delicious! The macoroni was not. It was very dry, and when I mentioned this to the waitress, she was seemingly unconcerned. My daughter enjoyed her chicken salad. The server appeared to be preoccupied. We had to ask for a dih to eat our appetizer with, and if we wanted anything at all, we had to ask. She wasnt what I would call attentive, but all in all, she was adequate. After all, it isnt fine dining. All in all, we had 2 good dishes and two not so good. So, 3 stars for Unos.

Just left this restaurant after spending over an hour here with my husband. We experienced the worst dining experience we have ever had and go out to eat a few times a week. Our server, Lex, would disappear for long periods of time coming back to the table smelling of smoke, a wedge salad came out after a long period of time, drinks were empty for long periods of time, we waited over 30 min for food, one meal was an app and my husbands rare steak and potatoes were cold and soup like. We never got to speak to a manager, the server never apologized, and the hostess didnt bother to get the manager after we complained. I wouldnt even give this place one star. This is the last restaurant I would recommend in Hagerstown. We left to drive to a local gas station to pick up a cold sub, much better service for a cheaper price!

The only reason they get one star is the fact the lights and heat were working. Outside of that, this dining experience is horrible. Some of the other reviews mentioned great service and wait staff. We must have went to the wrong place or they must have recently replaced all the good waitstaff. Food was horrible, McDonalds prepares better. The manager on duty tonight, Sunday evening, should be fired. This was an absolute joke. Although there must have been more pressing issues then the quality of his customers dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worse enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay home and eat a frozen dinner. It will be cheaper, better service and wont ruin your evening quite this badly.

Very pricey, i eat at the one in downtown Baltimore in the Harbor and they were cheaper then this one in the middle of nowhere Hagerstown. Food was between OK to good so no complaint with the taste, portion was pretty weak for the price, could have got twice the amount of food for equal or less price in other restaurants in the area. Pretty good service, no long wait and the place is never that crowded and you pretty much get seated almost instantly at any time of day. If you dont mind paying slightly higher for smaller portions but still good food then you may like this place.

Our favorite chain restaurant. Friendly people in nice atmosphere, great internet and "Double Nickel" specials with fair prices overall, varied menu of near gourmet quality food. I love the Chicken Spinacola (sp?) while my wifes favorite is the Chicken Milanese but neither of us has ever had a bad meal there and we eat there a couple times a month on average. Have had equally good experiences at the Inner Harbor Baltimore location and another Balt. area location I happened across once!

Server spilled a bowl of marinara all over me and was barely apologetic about it. The sauce was down my whole leg and on my shirt. Now I am washing my clothes in hopes that they will not need to be replaced. I know people make mistakes, but the lack of genuine care about spilling a bowl of sauce on a person was pretty ridiculous. My night was pretty much ruined. I could not go anywhere after that. I have had good service there in the past, but I was not at all impressed tonight.

The hostess staff were all very nice. The waitress was nice but did an awesome disappearing act. Drinks were empty the entire time we were there. Our sauces on the side had droppinga of other loose food mixed in (cheese, grill bits, lettuce, etc.) Our food came out as ordered. My husband said his chili tasted like water then had a Spaghetti-os after taste. My burger was seasoned with cardboard. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Waited forever for our waitress to make an appearance. Then again forever for our food. The guacamole I buy at Walmart has more flavor than theirs, and the tortilla chips taste like baked paper. Way overpriced. Were just passing through on our way home, so I doubt well visit again. Honestly, wouldnt eat here again if I lived close by either.

First time visiting today, and I think we found our new favorite lunch spot. Our server Jason was excellent, and the manager stopped by our table several times as well to chat and ask how everything was. And, the food was delicious and fresh. We will be back :)

I used to love Unos, but the prices have gone WAY up. We went to pick up our order this evening and they managed to leave the chicken off of our salads. How do you do that? There better be some sort of compensation for the back and forth they put us through.

Has nice healthy options. Pizza is awesome, rest of the menu typical chain food. Not that its bad but sometimes its lacking. Good drink options, occasional deals/promos. Little pricey on some items but all in all somewhere Ill go maybe 3 times a year.

Restaurant was clean and brightly-lit, food was prepared properly and tasted good! Price was satisfactory for lunchtime fair. Waitress was great! Did not like the payment /play computer sitting on our table, it took up needed space .

The waitstaff was bad but just wasnt up to par. He seemed tired and ready to go home. Did not get the bread sticks he kept promising. Steak was undercooked, and very sloppily plated. Our first bad experience at this location.

The black and bleu burger was a pleasant surprise of flavor, ingredients and a generous helping of good hot fries. Prices seemed a little high for lunch but the quality of food made up for that after the fact. Would go back!

Seated promptly and courteously. Waitress got our drinks, took our order. In a timely manner served our salad and soup. As we finished that our food arrived. We had an excellent thin crust pizza.
