If you like Olive Garden then you will love this place. Basically all I am saying is this location is the standard Olive Garden but a notch above the rest. One of their newer locations with a very friendly staff! The wait is typically a long one, so that is a downfall to this location but it is just a testimony to how great this location is. We love Olive Gardens because of the kids menus. Wait, the actual menu? Yes! I have three kids and if the menu entertains them for 45 minutes and keeps them quiet... We would pay extra! Also the kids food is about average in price but their meals are much larger them most (we get 2 meals out of 1). Plus there are free refills on apple juice and chocolate milk which is unheard of. The adults also like coming here as well ;) We have never had any issues here. One time, after we got seated, it took longer then normal to get our food. The staff was so sorry and the manager made it right by compensation of our meal plus more. We highly recommend this location if you dont mind the wait to get seated.

My wife and I had decided to give this location another try after a 4 year hiatus. We both figured that after that much time our visit would be better than the last, not so. Upon arrival the parking lot was absolutely full and we had to park off of the property. Then upon entering the restaurant it was an absolute mad house with only standing room. We were told 25 minute wait which was fine especially for how many people were there. In closing our waiter was outstanding , but the food was just mediocre, exactly as it was on our previous visit 4 years before. It reminded me of something like a microwave dinner made by Michelinas or Marie Calendars. We just dont, and will probably never, understand why this place is always so packed. If you like typical bland chain restaurant food this is the place for you, if not give one of the many local privately owned establishments a try that always have better quality fare. Places like this are exactly why we stopped going to chains for good.

Took my mother and aunt out for mothers day dinner. They both got the Herb Salmon which came with herb broccoli. Broccoli was as if it was just throw in the pan for a little bit before being put on to the plate with the salmon. Hard and tasted horrible. I know because my mother asked me to try it. They switched it over to the mash potatoes. As I watched them eat that instead of what was supposed to be. I could tell that they really didnt care for it. Cause mash potatoes looked as if it was tossed in a bowl to get it out quickly. The manger did ask us if things where ok. Took off three dinks. Wasnt the drinks that where bad. It was the way the food was prepared and cooked. Anybody can tell you that. Dont take brains to realize that. Half off their two meals or their meals for free. They just wanted to take the cheapest way out of their mistake. So just make sure you get your food cooked properly and if its not. Complain. Only way they will learn.

As Olive Gardens go, this is a good one. The food is always fresh and hot, usually just as ordered. Only (very small) negative is getting ice with your ice tea, or ordering the flavored iced teas & they mistakenly give you regular, and instead of correcting it, bring you a small cup of syrup. This isnt a reflection on the restaurant, but the patrons. It just is SUPER loud compared to most restaurants. Possibly the larger groups, or families with children. But the service staff is always pretty good, friendly. Ill easily give it 4 stars.

Wonderful atmosphere, kid friendly, absolutely love the soup& salad& bread sticks, very friendly staff. If we ever have any concerns the management ALWAYS have any issues taken care of which is very professional compared to where we live Frostburg / Cumberland Areas. Headed there today for Mothers day celebration with my 4 guys. Wouldnt have chosen anywhere else& considering we drove an hour or so to get here.... our absolute favorite place to dine for our celebrations. Hoping our favorite waiter Gary is there today!

Showed up at 7:01 on a Saturday night and told we would have a 20-30 minute wait. But that turned in a 1.25 hour wait. During all this we kept checking and they kept saying another 10 minutes. The salad was nothing but lettuce I was hoping for something good for all I had heard about the great salad and bread. The pasta was good even with the heated up Prego sauce. But two hours later the shrimp I had decided they were probably not good and I payed heavily. UGGGH. First time a an Olive Garden and the last.

A large, very busy and typical Olive Garden. I abhor the new on table video display/ordering/payment tablets. Meals are supposed to be a time of camaraderie and cheer, not a time for games and looking at a screen. The staff is rushed and overworked. The food is not authentic Italian. However, it is tasty and will kill you in short order if you eat it every day.

Food was great, server was friendly and efficient, price reasonable... Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is no one took our drink order for a rather long time. Our server had asked a co-worker to get our drinks but they never did. Server apologised and took great care of us for the remainder of our visit.

Some times it takes a while for your server to get to you but it really depends on what time you go. Its normally jammed packed but the seating is spaced out well so you still have some privacy. Its pretty expensive but the food is absolutely delicious! Worth it if you have the money.

I give this restaurant five big stars!!!! Service is great. Food is great. Our favorite server is Larry, he is quick, attentive, and professionaL. In my opinion he is the best server at this location. So when you visit this location ask for Larry!!!!

We had a rude srever on 2/16/17 the delt with it never got the gift card they sent me then on 2/25/17 my friends went back had the same seats and srver michell how the saw somking when the pulled up then left nothing is being done

I like olive garden but when the waitress first started she was overwelming me with talking. I understand you have to explain things but make it short and sweet and let me get a word in edgewise!

This place is big and well taken care of. The manager and staff are very polite and attentive. Quick service gets you in and out. I would eat at this place anytime I am around here.

This place keeps changing their menu. The only thing I ever got there they took off the menu. I will never go back! My birthday dinner was ruined!!!
