On the way home from skiing, my friend and I decided to get some Chinese food. And per the Google reviews we stopped at Evergreen Chinese restaurant. I ordered Hunan Shrimp & my friend ordered Beef with cashews. My shrimp were huge and well seasoned! My friends beef was perfectly cooked! Tender and juicy! We wolfed down our food in minutes~ we even joked that it has received our stamp of approval and will tell friends who might be taking a ski trip to Whitetail. I highly recommend this place.

Placed my order and asked for plain fried rice and received pork fried rice,and there might have been 8 small pieces of General Cho s chicken.and they were tuff, egg roll was the only thing worth eatting.

Easily the best Chinese food Ive had so far in the Hagerstown area! Had egg drop with wonton, fried dumplings, beef egg foo young with veggie fried rice, and pork lo mein - all were fantastic!

The best eggrolls ever! Their beef and broccoli and shrimp lo mein are great as well. Make sure you have cash because they dont accept cc.
