My Pizza Hut nightmare began as soon as I walked in the door. The moment we walked in there was no one to greet us and we stood waiting to be sat for no less than 5 minutes. After waiting too long to get our food our half sandwiches arrived with one slice of ham and some melted cheese that while missing the rest of the advertised ingredients. The wings we got were buffalo mild yet the sauce was extremely sticky for some reason and smelled of soap. They were barely edible while we had to send the sandwiches back as they werent acceptable. It took the waitress 3 trips to take back our sandwiches and bring personal pizzas instead. Finally we waited 15 minutes for our check in a barely busy dining room. Overall worst experience Ive had in a while dont bother going there.

We order the box meals in carry out a lot, and never have an issue. Its always ready when we get there, the people are nice when we pick up. The food is also really good at this pizza hut.. Weve also eaten in a few times, of the few times some of the servers havent been so good but its never really bothered us because, well its pizza hut. Not sure why there is so many bad reviews but our many experiences here have been good.

I hosted a party at this location and I could not be more pleased. I hosted my 5 year-old daughters birthday party at this location. The staff was great. The service was prompt. The staff worked with me to determine the most cost effective way to feed my guests. I feed 50+ people; we ordered breadsticks, pizza, salad, cinnamon sticks, and drinks (including a few beers). The total was approximately $165.

DELIVERY: If you hear a womans voice ask to speak to a manager, because she doesnt know how to take orders. Got my phone number wrong (which I dont know how when it pops up on their screen) so pizza guy delivered but couldnt reach me so he took it back to the store. The manager tried to fix it, he assured me he would send a new pizza but sent the same OLD AND COLD PIZZA

This is perhaps the worst pizza hut on the planet. Slow service and bad food unless you know someone on the inside. I havent been in a while but I simply stopped because every time I went it took forever. Avoid unless you just have time to kill.

Every time I takd my family there, the staff is just plain rude very poor service and the food when we got it 30 minutes later was cold. Roaches also. Will never eat there again and will tell people not to go there.

Pick up order takes about 1 1/2hr!!!! When they tell you 15mins. They got to come up with a lame excuse on why youre order is not ready..."someone dropped your wings" never ordering from this place again!!!
