Dont order from carry-out for the convenience, because there is nothing convenient about it.. My office has ordered from here twice for lunch and both times we have had issues. The first time 2 of our orders were completely wrong when we received the food. The second time it took 7 minutes and 31 sec to order our food (no hold time) and there was only 5 SIMPLE orders. After taking forever to order, I asked if we could pay over the phone with a credit card and after a very long "ummm" and a pause she asked for the credit card and all information. Transaction didnt go through. Then asked again, this time it doesnt go through and she says, "oh, maybe you cant take credit cards over the phone." Gee, thanks for wasting my time. Then when we get the food, again an order was wrong. Such a joke!

when we got there it wasnt very packed but we got sat in the middle of 3 groups at the tiny awkward tables between the boothes. Then we sit down we got an externally fast server, she took our drink orders and our food orders we knew what we wanted already. Someone else comes over to our table like 5 minutes later and introduced themselves and we had to tell them weve already placed our orders three times before the first person came back with our drinks telling them she already took care of it. So then it was an awkward "So youre taking care of my tables now?" Deal right? He was very slow at doing his job and was telling his life story behind us to a different group.

We were a party of five very friendly host and servers but it took half hour to get our appetizer an additional twenty minutes to get our main meal but then it was an additional twenty minutes for me to get my meal of strawberries and cream blintzes come to find out my meal was taken to another table and they sent it back so they had to recook it again this was not the waitstaffs fault because we watched the manager take it to the wrong table I understand they just opened and have to work on things but that was a little ridiculous considering we watched this happen twice while we had our visit there

Horrible!!!! I was very dissatisfied with the service received from Noel, because i told him i was there for a pick up and he said he was going to be right back, that he was going to check on my order , but next thing you know he was bussing tables and taking out food. And i never received the status on my order . And then another employee came and help me with my order because she saw that i was the ONLY ONE standing and waiting for a pick up order. This is unacceptable, for been the only one in line and taking such a long time! I would rate this lower if i could but i cant!

I accidentlaly left my expensive sunglasses at the table. I called back asking if they had found them and talked to a very nice lady named Kerry. She was very helpful and honest and told me they had the sunglasses because i described them very specifically. But when i showed up, it was a different story. I talked to Kerry, she remembered me, but the glasses were gone even though she had left a note, not to move them. They tried to pass off another pair of sunglasses on me that someone else must of left, even though they knew they werent mine. Very unprofessional.

Food great. Service not...every time my sister and I come in here to eat we always have good things to say about the food, although the service on the other side is terrible. No matter the day or time we come in (which is usually) during afternoon) the wait staff is not attentive. This experience it took the server my entire meal to notice I needed my first refill ...ridiculous. Its making me rethink driving 20 minutes to our favorite breakfast spot. Very disappointed..as usual.

Ah the moment you return to IHOP after eating at Grumps in Annapolis just a week ago. You realize how low the quality is and with tip/drinks you spend more for it. The food here is your typical IHOP. However the service is very slow and all over the place. Food today came out in two different ten minute intervals. Then they still were missing an item (The Pancakes! at the International House of PANCAKES). Was also over charged at first. Go to Grumps in Annapolis or Crofton.

This place is ok. The day I went the waitress had a little bit of a attitude and it seemed like there was confusion on who was going to wait at the table I was on so there was tension in between the two waitresses. I ordered pancakes and coffee, the pancakes took 30 minutes which I think is a little unreasonable from a place that is based on pancakes. Overall the food was good and coffee was a little bit weak.

This is one of the friendliest places to eat. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone works so hard to keep the positive energy and enthusiasm going. The manager comes out and chats us the service is great. Theresa and Mimi are two of the nicest ladies and are always going above and beyond to make this a place to always come back to.

Third time here. Service is horrible, left the first time because took twenty minutes for drinks. I like ihop and gave a second chance, food good , service bad. Third and last time here , waiting twenty minutes for drinks as our server leans against the wall and stares at us while doing nothing. Horrible service.

If I could rate it less I would, all I wanted was a to-go order. It took them more than 40 min and having to ask a manager several times to check on it. Management failed to manage on a number of levels. I like IHOP, but this location was bad at handling the in flux of customers and kitchen orders.

Its IHOP. Youre going to get good pancakes. The service here has always been good but I have one complaint: the gentleman who appears to be host/manager/owner is ALWAYS overbearing and micromanaging. If hell calm down and let his staff do their jobs Ill tack on that last, precious star.

We came to the edgewater ihop at noon on a Saturday and it was quite busy. We were served quickly and attentively by Jessica. Our food came out in under 10 minutes and was cooked the way we asked. She checked on us often, even after she closed out our check. Great experience.

Currently eating here. Its tucked away of the road, so wait time are nearly non existant. Wonderfull friendly staff. And gotta love the pancakes. ASK FOR 3 PANCAKESSS 2 is never enough.

I usually like IHOP. Ive given this IHOP location 4 chances. Each visit was worse than the prior. I dont plan on eating at my neighborhood IHOP again.

People are standing around, instead of doing their job they are just getting mad at each other. The server I finally did get was very efficient.
