We visit Easton fairly often as we have friends with a weekend house nearby. We have just discovered Piazza, an authentic Italian market in a small mall right downtown. Who knew there would be such a place on the Eastern Shore, not that I am knocking the crabs and other authentic Chesapeake Bay food. Piazza has wonderful cheeses, wines, and meats, many sent from suppliers in NYC. And try the paninis for lunch. Mmmm!

WOW, THE FOOD IS EXTREMELY FRESH. Fast service, variety of food, decent prices for what you get! I got the Americano and wow was it bursting with flavor, I have been to Italy and this place is as close as Im going to get! One reason I knocked off a star is that the guy behind the counter was not friendly at all, very stuck up and nowhere near as personable as the ladies that helped me.
