I went to get a fish sandwich because I dont eat meat and I really like their fish sandwich (I wish theyd keep it all year!). I got my order, went back to work and took a bite of my... not fish sandwich. It truly would not have been a problem had I ate meat. I called and talked to the manager to let him know I think there was a mix up with my order, but it was lunch time and they were crazy packed. He immediately apologized. He even brought me a new sandwich at my work to make up for it, with a cookie. To me, thats customer service and satisfaction. I really would have been okay to go get it at a later time, but he insisted. Such a sweet guy who really cares. I totally will go back there because stuff happens and they were more than willing to make it right.

Every Chick-fil-A is a five star operation in my opinion. This location is no exception. This location has the friendliest staff in the industry and I consistently have great food here. I will go out of my way and drive an extra distance to choose Chick-fil-A over other food in this category. They cant be beat for their product and their quality and value. The parking lot is a little small here so sometimes you have to wait for people to get out of their space before you can move in, but it seems to work OK.

In general- I have always been super pleased with every Chick-fil-A Ive been to. Never really had a bad experience, staff has always been friendly, and food has always been good. It really is the overall best fast food chain in existence, by far. On a more location specific note- a worker named Emily was extremely nice and happened to give us our meal for free for no apparent reason other than it was Christmas Eve when we were driving through and eating there. So kind and thoughtful. Thanks again!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give a ZERO star rating to this Chick-fil-A. After driving 45 minutes home we discovered it was not the correct order and could not be eaten due to food allergies. When I called to get a refund I was informed that refunds are not there policy unless I would drive 45 minutes back to their store. The "manager" also refused to give me the regional managers contact number or transfer me to his voicemail. What a Rip Off and poor customer service indeed!

My family and I stopped here on our way to Ocean City and the employees go above and beyond the expected. This is our granddaughters favorite restaurant but this is our first trip to this one in particular. Very clean establishment all the employees were very efficient especially Paige who was our cashier. An extra big thank you to her all restaurants need more employees like yours.

The staff there are like no other day food restaurant. Dont know if its just me or what, but it seems the store is always kept clean and the outside even has a well kept garden and small waterfall. Something I do find strange... The staff is about 90% women, its just or seeing a driver threw window with 5 women in it and 3 more at the registers. Nothing wrong with it, just odd to see.

Like any other Chick fila it was crowded. Pre-ordered my food. Fast service but they missed my condiments that were requested in my order. The employees were respectful as usual. This particular location has a play area for children. The restroom was small and sort of nasty to me. They offered mouthwash. The trash system was motion censored.

The server walked the food outside to us, and remarked that he thought he mixed up one of our drinks. He promised to resolve it, and did so promptly. He saw another family with two small dogs, and came back with dog treats for both. I agree they are the only fast food chain who understands iced tea.

Great customer service at this Chick-fil-A. After realizing a sandwich was missing I contacted the store and Jack went out of his way to fix the situation. He was extremely caring, kind and determined to show great customer service. Thank you Jack and Chick-fil-A Kent Island.

The staff here are always so friendly. The drive through is always so fast and aside from missing my sons apple juice one time, the orders are always super accurate and fresh. I never have to check the bags to make sure everything is there like with most drive thrus

Had a great lunch with my grandsons. I am not familiar with the menu so I accidentally ordered grilled nugets and not the fried nuggets the boys wanted. No problems getting what we wanted. Great way to run a business. I will be back every chance I can.

This Chick-Fil-A is my favorite to go to. The food is always delicious, and the staff is always so welcoming. Talking to Gabe felt like talking to a friend. He even paid for my meal in surprise. It really made my day. I highly recommend this place.

The staff here was extremely polite and accommodating. Even during peak dinner time the food was prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. The store was very clean and well light. They are using the new menu look and it is a nice upgrade.

For a pit stop, it was perfect. We noticed the drive-thru was a little packed. We went inside and had out food in no time for it to be 4 of us. "Its my pleasure" was definitely felt and appreciated through this experience.
