I went in with great expectations with my husband and 4 year old. We were encouraged by the menu, ordered chicken & waffles for our son, bananas foster French toast for my husband and eggs, potatoes & bacon for me. I also asked for coffee and juices for the other 2. Once the coffee was delivered, I asked for sugar. The server brought back a container that had 3 types of sugar alternatives. When I asked if I could get regular sugar, he told me thats all they had. I asked another server and she said she would bring me regular sugar which she did. My husband was never asked if he wanted more orange juice after his glass was empty. The food was good till my husband found a piece of a latex glove baked into his French toast. I looked for close to 5 minutes for somebody to talk to. There were no servers or managers on the floor for tht long. I finally showed it to the manager who took it away. We elected not to order another dish since there was enough food at the table for the 3 of us. When we got our check, we were charged for the French toast. I asked for it be removed. Its common courtesy to not charge your customer for a food item that had a foreign object in it. The service was terrible, the food that consisted of only food was average and the prices were ok. Would definitely not go back nor would we recommend it to anybody else.

We made a reservation for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Up to the date they were difficult to work with and did not seem to be interested in customer satisfaction. After insisting that we make a select menu due to it being easiest for the kitchen and staff we were also told that guests would be required to go to the bar to order drinks since the waitstaff would be unable to handle separate drink orders and checks (keep in mind we were paying for all food and was on 1 bill). All of this, to find that on a Saturday night there was NO ONE ELSE there. Not a one. Our soup and salad was delicious, the fish was great but I was told the Beef Bourguignon was not good, just stew on a baked potato. They received two stars for service and beautiful restaurant.

I do not mean to sound jaded, but when you know good french food, this is not the place to go for good french fare. I was a waiter in a fine french restaurant as a young man in Cleveland, Ohio and since in my lifetime have been to many. Do not waste your dollar bill here. From the Food Server to the fancy liter water bottle( filled with what tasted like tap water) it simply did not met up to my expectations

The management does not seem to have a plan for service. Ignored for breakfast and after 30 minutes left without getting to order.

Beautiful and bright. The quiche was light and the crust was good.
