I declared Pizza Villa my favorite bar about five years ago and nothing has ever made me rethink that assessment. I dont particularly like sports bars, but this one defies traditional categories. They essentially have two separate, but joined, establishments in one. Upstairs they provide a family friendly sit-down atmosphere with fantastic food at decent prices. Downstairs they have a casual and easygoing bar room complete with pinball, strong drinks, pinball, virtual golf, pinball, sports on TV and most importantly, pinball. They even have a back porch for outdoor drinking and smoking. The whole place offers a very chill, very friendly eating and drinking experience. Hang out there just a few times and people start to remember your face, your name, and even your order. Overall, an incredibly welcoming place.

Terrible service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The bartender did not know what he had on tap, told us to "get up and go look for yourself." When we tried to order food the bartender said "Get up and go order up front, what can I tell you." If youre a bartender you TEND THE BAR. Step one is knowing what beer youre serving, and if a customer asks for food you take the order, thats part of your job as a bartender, taking care of the customers at the bar. The staff at the front in the kitchen was decent but the gross incompetence of this bartender completely ruins the experience.

Awesome place. Great staff. Family friendly, consistently good food, whether pizza, sandwiches, pasta or salad selections. Always fresh. Homemade meatballs are the best in town. Come in on a Friday to get their delicious haddock chowder before it runs out! Bar side is separate from food side. Order drinks one side, food on the other. Eat on either side. The bar is one of those classic "where everyone knows your name" kind of place. Always a friend or two there, and if you come for the first time, guaranteed youll make a few friends before you leave. Rating? Five thumbs up!

Ive been coming here since I was a child when my mother worked up the street at AT&T. I have always had great service and the pizza never disappoints. I work at the Seadogs , so this place has become a regular stop for many of us after work. I love the fresh mushroom pizza and the Greek salad is always delicious. Great choice of craft beers too.

This is my favorite bar in Portland. I love their obdurate atmosphere e.g. one size pizza, a cash only bar, and their understated dicor. The staff are always very friendly. Its cozy while not being overcrowded and the prices are great. If they dont get one "$" I dont know who does. Of course, all their food is delicious, especially the pizza.

Ive been going here for 20+ years and havent found a thin crust pizza anywhere else that can touch theirs yet. You have both a dinning room and a sports bar in one building so you can bring your whole family or just wander into the bar to watch the latest sports on HD TVs. Its a fun place to be :-)))

Been going to this place since I was a kid. Dont think Ill ever stop! The pizza is amazing, but dont be afraid to try some of the other items too. I personally also love the Chicken Club Sandwich and just gotta get a Tuna Melt once in awhile.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Its consistent. One of my favorite places to go.. one that you specifically miss when you leave the state and its always there when you get back. Do not ever close! Best pizza in Portland hands down.

Friendly neighborhood pizza place with a bar attached. How could you lose! Had a jalapeño pineapple pepperoni calzone and it was freakin awesome. Plus everyone that worked there made you feel like family. Very cool. Check it out.

Such a great pizza place. Their menu is really simple—the main focus is 9" pizzas. But you can add just about anything you want to it. This limited menu means they know exactly how to do what they do great.

The pizza itself was really good. They only serve ten inch pies though and its pretty pricey considering. The bar is cash only, so fair warning to you plastic only folks (Im one myself.)
