We ordered a family deal from them on 10/30/2012. The delivery was very late. We called several times on the status of our order. After we finally got our food, it was cold and inedible. We called back and complained and requested a refund. We were told that they dont do refunds and would write our name and order and place it on their "fridge" and the next time we ordered, we would have that free. We took them up on that offer on 11/15/2012 and they didnt have our note on the "fridge". Now that my integrity was in question, I asked for them to make it right. After a couple of phone calls, I was told that I needed to pay $2 to have my free replacement order sent. I found it odd that $2 is what separated good customer service so I refused. I was hung up on several times and shuffed to other people to avoid the issue that the OWNER didnt want to talk to me. On the last calls, I wanted my original $22.98 back in cash and Id come to collect. The owner berated me on the phone and only gave the option of taking the replacement order that I didnt trust to eat at this point. I was told to "do what I gotta do man" Im filing BBB complaints and my word of mouth. Horrible customer service, horrible staff, horrible "policies". Never order from them, its a disaster in the making.

i have been going to louies for a year atleast once a week, i have never had a problem ordering italian sub when today i ordered one and the didnt put cheese on it i called they said that they dont put cheese on unless requested, i asked to speak to the manager because i have never heard of this i was told the manager was at home i asked the guy what his name was and he said adam i told him i never heard of this and that i wanted my sanwhich replaced he said no it was my fault for not asking for cheese i told him i would just have to call his manager the next day then he said he was the manager i told him he was about to loose a customer and he just said the manager wasnt in. he said he didnt care it wasnt his problem so obviously they dont care about there customers i will not be returning there again.

I have been going to Louis for 5+ years, I enjoy their food, they do without a doubt have the best steak and cheese sandwiches in town, maybe even the state. While they do have great pizza for their Tuesday $2.75 special and their Sunday $6.15 large cheese and $7.49 one topping special, I will say they are definitely more of an amazing sandwich and sides place. They have great lunch and dinner plates and really good salads. This is a great local mom and pop type place for food, its an every bodys family run restaurant, meaning its a very no bullshit type place. If they make a mistake they will own it and make it right the best they can for you. All in all its a must try the food is great the people that work there are awesome and if you go in for a good time I can promise you, that you will have one :)

Spent nearly 50 for delivery for 3 and the sauces we requested were missed also no marina for our calzone. The food was sloppy and there was no cheese on the steak and cheese sub..

Hands down best steak and cheese subs on the planet. Real steak stuffed with cooked green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Well worth your money.
