I hate giving bad reviews but my pregnant wife ordered online at 652pm. The promise time said 755pm. We didnt get our pizza until 908pm. I gave a call and the poor gal was beside herself and said the the online times should be updated but its not fixed yet. So my question is, what is a promise time? I tipped the delivery gal 25% because she was flustered and said delivery wasnt even her job. All in all the pizza was actually hot and not soggy which shows that the operation werent lacking with the driver but within the kitchen. The delivery gal was even flustered. She said she wasnt even a delivery person. I tipped 25% because it wasnt her fault. The pizza itself: good hand tossed non pan conveyor belt crust with cornmeal instead of flour bottom. The sauce had too much sugar and my peppers tasted like they came from a wok at a Chinese restaurant. I feel sorry for the delivery folks and will not be returning. I would rather eat the typical south shore greecey conveyor belt pie found at every corner. And most importantly, I could have driven to Santarpios and back before my delivery came.

I simply cant recommend this establishment. They did not want to honor their online prices. I was viewing THEIR menu on THEIR website and the owner told me their prices had gone up. Update your web site! As if this wasnt frustrating enough, my wife AND son both got diarrhea after eating their pizza. Back to Papa Ginos or Pembroke House for pizza night. I had the kabob which was decent.

I was here last night and ordered pizza. The wait was a little longer than usual but the food is always worth the wait. The staff is amazing and always on top of things. A busy restaurant is a good sign especially when the food is always delicious. I recommend Abbondanza to everyone!
