If I could give negative stars I would. Literally waited in the drive through line for OVER 20 minutes. Car in front of us ordered 2 meals and we ordered one. Get to the window FINALLY and Im asked if anyone drove off...nope no one did...seems like a weird question to ask if youre doing your job! I tell the lady its ridiculous to make people wait in line for 20 minutes. Then she tells me not to talk to her like that with kids in the car. Uh excuse me?! Manager waits on us instead and he tells us our total. Give him the money and he hands us our food. Not our food at all! I just asked for our money back instead. I work at a coffee place that has a drive through and Ive never had someone wait that long in my drive through. Ridiculous. I will never. Ever. Ever. Go back. I encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs. McDonalds is right down the road and we had our food in less than 3 minutes and that included waiting for the car in front of us to order!

If anyone in upper management reads these this is for you. I gave a good friend a gift card for Christmas and here we are into the new year and the machine still doesnt accept gift cards. For almost 2 months they didnt take debit cards. I walk in and 4 people look at me at the counter, never acknowledge that Im there, them finally someone strolls out from some corner and acts like Im an inconvenience to them. Dont give me no lines about busy or anything like that. I was the only one. Ive worked fast food back in high school. This establishment in Ellsworth is poor quality. I will not give you my money. I will not go back. Get your crap together in that hole.

these people have extreme brain deadness. I waited 35 minutes in a freaking drive thru and when we got to the window we waited an additional ten minutes and the guy had to ask us our order again and then proceeded to hand us our food which was not put together just thrown in the bag. we waited another 5 minutes for our drinks and we asked for our card back he said sure, 6 and a half minutes later he handed it to us, we had to ask for napkins and straws because there were none in the bag. I didnt even finish my meal I threw it out. I am disgusted by you guys massive braindead assfucks!

Burger King? ROFLMMFAO. Bacon shouldnt be floppy, the burger shouldnt be a puck, and items asked to not be placed on the "burger" should not be placed on the burger. Make sure you look at your receipt, as you may have been short changed. Also, their curb sticks out past the building quite far, potentially waiting to scratch your rims should you approach too close.

The drive threw Didnt let me finish my order before telling me my amount I had to pay. Had to wait like 20 minets for my food to come out so I shut my vehicle off. The hash browns I got wer soft and cold along with my coffee and pankake sticks. Not a very good place to have breakfeast. Should of went to McDonalds or Dunkin.

Everytime we go here, Im actually scared for my health. Managers not wearing their uniorm making my shakes, drive thru cashiers using my card to scrape crap off the printer, and girls picking their nose while the windows closed in drive-thru then handing me my food. Not to mention they ALWAYS get our order wrong.

I dont know what was going on today but I went through the drive threw. The line was pretty long, there was two cars that got to the speaker and nobody was taking their order. Nobody was there. People were honking their horn and very upset. I was one of five people who left. This wasnt very professional at all.

The Ellsworth BK should be a last resort fast food option. The only consistent thing is the poor quality - orders not taken correctly, meals ruined, out of this or that, and due to the drive thru/ parking situation, you cant pull over to check your items, you have to exit into busy High St. Not worth the risk.

Waited 10 minutes to place order. Then had to wait another 10 plus minutes after I already paid because they didnt have the order fired. The fries were burnt to a crisp. Not impressed at all. I didnt dare say anything while I waited because I didnt want spit or something unfortunate to happen to our meals.

Waited 10 minutes at the microphone, watched the guy in front of me wait god knows how long before the even took his money. I thought this was supposed to be fast food? We drove off after watching multiple cars leave. To the owner, you better do something because you are losing business.

Worst experience ever at this location in Ellsworth Maine, can not except credit card or debit cards for the last three months here and stand in line for 15 minutes and still was not served. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else.

Credit Card system finally back online and now one of their soda machines are down...bathrooms looked like a dump. They had to take my order using the drive thru register.....Fortunately food was normal and the workers are nice.

Drive thru very slow, not very friendly. Asked for sandwich to be cut in 1/2 was wrapped then cut in 1/2 through paper. . .and paper stuck to the cut parts of the sandwich. I should have taken a picture, but I didnt.
