I would have given it 5 stars but we sat at the bar and some young girl waitress had the worst attitude towards everyone. I even saw her roll her eyes because another customer tried to politely go around us to retrieve his order but she insisted on reaching over me to hand it to him (at which point the man apologized to me). We were really the only ones sitting at the bar at this point so it was so unnecessary to do so especially while giving the guy attitude. Again, coffee was amazing, food was good and the place itself is awesome. Im a person who has major respect for any hard working staff but I was so taken a back by this I had to leave a review.

It was a really cool place with an industrial interior and hundreds of reading options to read there or buy. My friend and I got two different kinds of tea, both delicious. We curled up in two comfy chairs by a rainy window and talked for an hour, but felt like we could sit there all day. It seemed like that was the vibe among everyone there. While the beverages are good enough to be a quick morning stop (which appeared to be several peoples case) I think the atmosphere really sets this place apart. The people that worked there were nice but not obnoxiously so. Just a cool place to spend a rainy Saturday morning.

This establishment has been the center of our Biddeford Community. My wife and kids love the atmosphere, the coffee is the best Ive had, the books and art are always fun and interesting but, the greatest part of Elements is the partners who created Elements and the amazing team that serves, engages, and laughs with the customers. The Beer is always of the carefully selected and delicous kind. Free live music most appropriate evenings and afternoons. Elements is our favorite business in Maine.

Great little coffee shop on the corner. Probably one of the few good places to be at in Biddeford. The scene and vibe are great- I go often to do work with other med students. Weekend entertainment is nice as well, along with their coffees, teas, and small food dishes. A bit on the expensive side but always happy to support a local business.

Very neat spot. Calm environment conducive to getting your work done without much distraction yet you can look around in any direction and find something that will catch your eye and interest. Coffees were Perfect, snacks tapas were rich, flavorful and just enough. I will be coming back for the evening experience of draft beer and wines.

This coffee is good! I only learned recently that they have a bar because they were pulling kegs from out of the back. But good god their coffee - its practically like your drinking a cloud of comfort because the tastes, the texture, the temperature - its all there. I like the atmosphere too and the cribbage boards are a bigger bonus.

Friendly and helpful staff. Place was clean and enjoyed the music, which was at a reasonable level. Great latte and bagel. No breakfast sandwiches or other hot breakfast items besides oatmeal. Worked for a couple hours and the internet was speedy and didnt drop at all. Has floor outlets for tables. Great spot!

I love it here. A great place to get coffee, eat something yummy, and read. Or! get a beer and read or meet with friends. The decor is great... very book-y, sophisticated feeling, and plenty of seating and good internet. Only feedback is that it would be great if they had coldbrew iced coffee?

Got the peach habanero jam with whipped cream cheese and crackers, very tasty! Jam was sweet (peach) with a little bite (habanero) and the whipped cream cheese was smooth and flavorful. My friend got the olives, artichokes and feta cheese blended together with pita chips, it was delicious!

Perfect little coffee shop to do work or relax. The business offers plenty of ways to get your caffeine (e.g. cappuccino , espresso, pour-over coffee) as you work or relax. This establishment also offers food, a variety of local beers, and live music on certain days of the week.

I stopped in for a coffee and ended up ordering the Charcuterie Plate. Incredible. The place has great food your not apt to find in other coffee houses. A comfortable clean atmosphere and friendly helpful staff makes this place a great destination.

Fun cafe, larger than I expected, with lots of seating. Coffee, beer, and books, an awesome combination. Met someone there on a Friday night for a business meeting and were able to enjoy a great cup of coffee while chatting. Easy street parking.

This place is a great little gem. Coffee, espresso, small plates, baked goods and beer combined with a bookstore. They get goods from local favorites and it is the perfect place to meet friends or settle in for a study or work session! Love it!

Great coffee, awesome vibe but maybe a little too hipster. They dont use the best ingredients. For instance, they use hood half n half which contains disodium phosphate. You have local dairy farms that dont use anything but milk and cream!

A quiet place with great coffee and beer. They have a charcuterie and a fruit/cheese plate if youre hungry. Wonderful books, new and used. The live music is usually very entertaining. Can get busy on weekends, but not always.

Nice place, but bring cash... Got charged three times for the same cup of Joe using credit cards. They kept retry swipes and tried a different card. All went through to my accounts, but only one cleared their system.

Cool place, cool vibe. The book selection isnt great; they have lots of books, but the books kind of feel like an afterthought. I had a delicious cappuccino, and lots of super-local beer, which is great!

Great coffee - single origin pour over at reasonable prices. Small batch real home made pastries. Good service, great atmosphere. Just watch out for the 9am opening time on Sunday.

Tapas not really anything more than youd find on an appetizer list at a better Italian restaurant - not truly tapas. Espresso based coffee drinks average to below average in flavor.

Best coffee shop in town. Go sit and catch up with friends, check some emails, or study for a bit. Dont forget to switch to beer or wine after you finish your coffee!
