These guys have a great sub, one of the best in the business. The issue is under staffing and inattention. 30 minute wait for one simple sandwich on Tue evening at 6:30pm. I will probably actually go back but only when I have lots of time to burn. I saw customers giving up and just leaving without getting their food, half the orders that came out were wrong, and parties of 4 were served with wide delays between each sandwich. I hope these guys can get it together, just getting workers to come out of the back room and help with preparation would be a start. The chocolate chip cookies are tasty. Update 3/21/17 Returned after long absence. Service time much better but its due to very low traffic now. Most tables dirty and no cookies. Its a pity investors throw these stores up and then ignore operations, this could be a busy successful location.

Kind of disappointed, the girl working the register was complaining about her job, talking to another employee while we were trying to order, and was rolling her eyes when our order was wrong. The pop machine was out of Dr. Pepper and ice, the straws were gone, and we waited a long time for our food. Orders that were placed 5 min after ours were getting their subs first... It just doesnt seem like they are ready to be open. Need to work out some kinks. Food tasted ok.

I have 30 Mon lunch break, took over 20 to get 1 sandwich. And still waiting, yes they are nice but take forever, not a good idea for lunchtime. Well unless you have unlimited time. Theyre so backed up there is also 5 people waiting in line who they told to wait, hold on 4 more just walked in, not a good business idea. So being nice doesnt make good service, good service makes good service. Haha 3 more.

Theyre are stupid they dont tell you what comes on a sandwhich like hello I dont want mayo tomato or onion on my sandwhich this happened the first time I ever went theyre and I will never return never go there unless you want your day to be ruined now Im on my way to jersey mikes to get a sandwhich that doesnt have all that gross stuff on it that I was unaware of

Made order wrong. Asked it to be fixed. Pretended to wipe ranch and pepper off and gave back same wrong sub. Still drenched in ranch. Had 2 go to counter and demand they make a new sub this time cuz they couldnt figure that out themselves. Then they never gave me new pickle too. Sick of complaining 2 deaf ears so just left. Lame

Great food.....ridiculously slooooow service. I mean....were making sandwiches here, I should be able to get one on a lunch break. Read the other comments.....this place is obviously poorly managed. Absolutely no line to order when I walked in.....8 patrons sitting at tables. My wait was nearing 30 mins.

Good manager. Friendly employees. Service is sometimes slow, but that can be attributed to the short staff and new employees, and these are hot subs it is obviously going to be slower than your average sub joint. . Regular growing pains. Better and faster everyday tho. Definitely give it a try.

I enjoy Firehouse Subs very much. The selection of hot sauces makes me very happy. Few places have sauces that are hot enough for me but Firehouse does. Their subs are really good as well as their chili. Service is quick and friendly.

Ordered our subs at 1:17pm and did not receive them until 1:45. Staff was not friendly or prompt, the only thing we received for waiting 30 mintues for a fast food sub was a brownie. Will not go here in the future.

Poor layout, no room to stand in a short line. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Sandwiches were decent but not worth that wait when there are so many other options out there. Wont be returning.

The food is delicious and I appreciate that theyre trying to raise money for theyre nonprofit organization that benefits firefighters, but the good seems a bit pricy for what you get.
