For starters if you have ever went to the location on Gause-you will be so disappointed at this location. You can not put everything you want on your frozen yogurt- its limited by the staff. Speaking of the staff it is a Friday night that I went and was slam packed with teenagers-two. As Im trying to order the staffs "bffs" come in the direction and the woman who was making my ice cream started hanging out with her friends. As I finally redirected her attention to finish making my ice cream, another one of the staffs friends come in and shes asks her what she was doing there. The girl says for the free ice cream and she walks behind the coumter- not even on shift and starts making multiple ice creams and starts handing them out for free to her group of friends she came in with. Im guessing she also worked there but was off tonight. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,STAFF STEALING, AND staff was upset when I told her that I wanted other toppings-as if it was a pain for her to be working there. GO TO THE GAUSE LOCATION EVEN IF THIS ONE IN MANDIVILLE IS CLOSER TO YOU.

We went with my large family and had a good experience. I can say that the other reviewers arent wrong about the workforce at this location. They are teenage women and do get distracted when a friend comes in. I witnessed the same process but we had already been served. They more or less said "Hi" and continued working with their guest at the time. The yogurt itself was great and the toppings were fine. Its a tad on the pricey side and I will most likely not be returning. As we were leaving I made small talk with one of the ladies and she seemed unhappy about being there which is always a bad sign for a business.

The employee that helped me at drive-thru had an attitude Im guessing because I came around 8:30ishh that night and they close at 9pm regardless of what time it is... its a DRIVE-THRU & its there to service customers . Gauze blvd is definitely more friendly.
