The people at this business just talk down to my mom. I called for my mom to just come on to the car. That really made the man mad. He told my mom that I was calling her to the car so she wouldnt buy anything. I took a picture of the address so I can report them to the better business bureau. The man then started taking pictures of me while I was sitting in my car. They are really unfriendly. I wouldnt even give this business the one star.

This Is The Second Time I Went For Ice Cream To Help Support ICE CREAM HEAVEN And The Owners Were Very Rude When Asked If I Could Add Additional Sides To My Order Of Icecream. I Figured This Is Not Ice Cream Heaven If Im Not Allowed To Order My Icecream The Way I Like, But Two Times Consecutively They Have Been Rude Towards Me In A Very Disrespectful And Racist Manner! Never Will I Spend Another Dime To Support That Place Of Business.

Just left this place and I am so disappointed that I spend my time in money on this place with a rude people. Costumer service is horrible. FYI I asked for a ice cream for my 3 years old and asked the lady if I can have sprinkle in her icecream. Her answer was " yes but it will cost you extra money" I am sorry but I dont asked her for price I just asked her for extra sprinkle, or she should tell me it in a different way. Just saying.

Didnt expect the "brownie concrete" to just be a cosmic brownie blended up in vanilla ice cream... for almost $4 for a medium. The man that works there must have been having a bad day or something because he acted like I was being a nuisance for asking questions about the different ice cream flavors they had. Not a good first impression, not coming back.

The store had an extremely unusual selection of ice cream (but no chocolate). Prices were fair and the portions were pretty good. Place need a little more creativity when it comes to their offerings.

Ice cream heaven is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Finally, a great Mom, and Pop business in my neck of the woods. The speed of service gives us a chance to mingle. Great prices too!
