My first time here and I have to say not really impressed with the burgers we ordered(middleburger) the lettuce and tomatoes were limp, the meat was over cooked and had an odor to it, neither of us finished our meal. In fact my friend cut hers in half and ate half of the half before surrendering to the bad smell and taste. I stopped eating mine at about the half way point and wrapped it up in the paper that covers the metal plate its served on and let it rest in peace. The fries were good, and so were the onion rings, she liked her iced tea and my water came in a clean glass(hence the 2 stars) The server was less than okay took our order, brought our food, and returned to give us a check in other words never checked on us. The atmosphere was not bad just not impressed with the main thing the food... Will we go back? Very Doubtful

Weve been going to Mugshots for several years, but have decided that we wont be dining in this location any more. Its sad because the food is really good, but eating there for us has turned into a very uncomfortable experience. Its extremely loud, and literally worse than dining at Chuck E. Cheese because when you are at Chuck E. Cheese you expect screaming kids jumping up and down in the booth behind you and kicking the back of the seats. You dont expect that kind of thing in a place that is supposed to be a better level of dining. Maybe it is my fault for requesting a booth when we dine there- but 6 out of the last 6 times we have eaten there it has been miserable. From now on when we want food from Mugshots we will just call and order it, then enjoy it in the peace and quiet of our own home.

For a place in Covington, it manages to be the best burgers in New Orleans. Food is great. Service is usually good. The only problem I ever had was with a waitress who told me what I was ordering wasnt on the menu. I asked if they took it off the menu and she said it was never on there in the first place. I explained that Id had it there many times and she said I must be confused. Later, she (to her credit) went and found out for sure and of course, I was right and it was indeed on the menu. Thats one incident out of a dozen trips. It happens.

A year or two ago the burgers here were decent, but the last time I went it was no better than a cafeteria burger. I asked the waitress if they were pre made frozen patties and she said "yes", theyve always used frozen supplied patties. I asked if they had changed suppliers and she also said yes, she agreed that the quality was poor. Havent been back since then. I must say I am always amazed at the amount of people in the New Orleans area that rave about low quality chain restaurants.

We always enjoy mugshots. This time the service was a little lacking. The food is always good. My daughter loves the nachos. We order drinks and nachos. Then a few minutes later order our burgers. We were disappointed when 5 minutes later our burgers arrive after getting the nachos. So when had almost a full plate of nachos come home. My daughter and boyfriend loved the peanut butter burger with jelly and bacon. I got the big kahuna burger and it was really good.

Food was top notch! I had a burger, and it was quality beef, and not dry and hard, the bun was sweet and fresh, and they did not skimp on toppings. Service was a 10, and our waitress Lauren was very knowledgeable about menu items, and made suggestions accordingly. I think that the prices are good, and that is a plus. I eat out nearly every day, so this place will be on my list of places to frequent.

Floor was sticky. Table was sticky. I ask them to rewipe it and it was sticky after so prob the rag. I poured my water on table to reclean. Burger was dry, mine had egg I ask for yoke to be runny... It was cooked through. Strawberry Margarita was salty which was only flavor they had in stock. Ive been to Biloxis mugshot and really enjoyed it. This one I did not.

Always a great experience here. Ive never had to wait for a table and my family isnt small. My favorite part of this place is the burgers are never over-cooked or dried out. I cant tell you how many places mess up a burger. Well stocked bar for beer and bourbon. Atmosphere, cleanliness, staff attitude and food quality is on point. Keep up the great work.

I usually stop buy and grab something different every time(surprisingly the peanut butter burger is my favorite lol) and Im never disappointed. Im in the national guard and during the flood they brought free burgers for everyone volunteering, and Im not sure which mugshots it was but man they were awesome! Mugshots is one of the best restaurants around!

Called in an order. They gave me two burgers that were not even what I ordered but had the right name on the to go box...On the bright side, the people were nice when they took my money for the wrong order. Also the burgers were dry and not seasoned well. The Mugshot chain restaurants that are from MS are way better.

My family and I waited for about ten minutes nobody came to get a drink order I guess they didnt want to come outside we was on there outside area yes it was raining but its covered think I would rather get punched in the stomach than to have that happen my money is green just like every body in there

Service is usually not the quickest but man those burgers are good. I havent had a bad one yet. Even the one with peanut butter is good (definitely get it with jelly though). The eggroll appetizer is good and so is the Bonefish imitation Bang Bang Shrimp. Cant go wrong coming here.

Wish there was a negative star!!! Horrible!!! Just order the grilled shrimp avocado salad!!! Had black, crunchy stuff at the bottom of the salad, was told by waitress it was shrimp poop!! By the way, the shrimp were the size of dry shrimp!!!! GROSS!

I have not been here in sometime but Mughshots was my favorite burger chain of the Mandeville/ Covington area. Even some of the stranger burger combos are oddly satisfying. The bar is nice as well with beer so cold it freezes on the top.

This small place should be known as Burgerville USA! The first time we tried the burger and a Philly cheese steak. Both were excellent and HUGE. Plenty of sandwiches to share. The fries were so good we didnt use ketchup.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service, fun atmosphere, conveniently located, and a good value at about $10pp for a full meal. Also, seriously, the best fries in town! Love it, will certainly come back!

The first time i came here i wasnt impressed by the food. But they must have a new cook. Hadnt gone in a while, but came for lunch one day and it was soooo much better. Have come back 3 times.
