if you remember the scotlandville library being next door then you definitely remember this place and know its been there for quite some time. my fav dish (so far) is the General Tso Chicken which is more like a spicy fried chicken with gravy and vegetables stew mix lol. Total comfort food! Oh and I love the lemony tea!

Great prices, great food and check for eyelashes. . . Ive gone here a handful of times and never disappointed but this last time. Sure enough buried in my garlic chicken was an eyelash. Im not able to give them 1 star cause there so good but I must give them 2 because of this incident.

Trusted the reviews. Needs a remodel but it has good food and service. I ordered spicy food, my nose is running and my mouth is still on fire. Seems to have a good customers base. Its busy and they had "regulars". Also close to the airport.

Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love their food. Really low Prices. Perfect because its right there next to Southern University! For any college kid, this definitely is the spot!!!!!!!

Best Chinese food ever. When I come into town, I always try to stop at Hong Kong Chef. It is hard to find another place that can cook the food the way they do.

Ms. Pat cooks the best Chinese food in Baton Rouge. I guarantee this is the best place in baton rouge to get a good home cooked Chinese dish. (American style )

This place is great! Food is cooked when ordered and comes out HOT (temp and spice) Much better than PF Changs or typical generic Chinese restaurants
