Am currently here for lunch with my daughter ..... Love the food but for the first time ever have recieved bad service from our server the moment we walked in the door. We asked for two buffets and she replied ,"we dont have a buffet we have a mongolian bar." right next to me is a sign that reads " sunday buffet." what difference does it make? She knew what i meant. She was snarky and i didnt appreciate it at all. The next issue i had was she didnt alert the cook that he had food up to be cooked. I had to send my daughter up to ask for our food to be cooked. Tokyo we love your food and have never had a problem before but this was not your finest moment. Your server made you guys look bad today. We will of course be back, as you see i gave five stars, but you might want to speak with your server about her attitude.

Wonderful entrance to the restaurant, and the waitress was excellent. However the sticky table and the food was so so. In other words Ive had better. I ordered Miso Soup, Philly Rolls, and Pad Thai w/chicken. The Miso soup had plenty of greens and tofu, but lacked a little in flavor. Serving size was pretty average. Philly rolls, were a bit on the smaller side, but overall tasted good. The Pad w/ chicken, was a let down for me. The first thing I noticed was the lack of peanuts, it was maybe a spoon full placed on the side. Flavor was overly sweet, and it was extremely saucy, which kind of made it a goopy slippery mess. The chicken used was poor also, very chewey and soggy like. Would I come here again? It is likely I would try it again, but I know what not to have.

The place is beautiful, the crab ragoons I had were excellent.But the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress tossed my plate on the table, now when I ordered my food I asked for sweet and sour sauce and duck sauce. When she brought my order no sauces, so waited till she came around and asked her again for the sauces. As she walked away she said in a mad disrespectful tone, "we dont carry sweet and sour sauce ". Now why didnt she say anything when I ordered my food. Needless to say, unless they get a different waitress, I wont be going back.

Food is always fresh, they prepare the BEST lo mein I have eaten. (I have been to asian restaraunts in several states and they never prepare chicken lo mein correctly!) Service always good, the interior is well done also. I love the koi fish swimming area and the water fall. You know its not a decent establishment without a waterfall!! :)))

The place is beautiful. And its great if you get to eat in 1 of the 2 rooms thats the traditional sitting on the ground way. The food is good, but not my favorite of sushi places. The sushi is also made fresh. The waitresses there are fantastic, I have only had a problem with a waiter. I recommend you go at least once.

This is a bad review the food is delicious with bad service. Literally I have walked in and they told me that I should not stay because they are swapped and I looked around, there were table free. They are a little rude and are not into good customer service.

Hibachi grill bowls for lunch are a great deal if you like to pick and choose everything in your meal. Pile the bowl as high as you can get it, set it on the shelf and in a few minutes your meal is ready. Quality of the cooked portion varies at times though.

Im giving this restaurant 5/5 stars based solely on the fact they have the boneless spare ribs that are TENDER, THIN SLICED, and SMOTHERED in sauce! If youre a fan of BSRs made like this, then this is the place to visit.

Excellent miso soup and sushi, little hard to find, look in the big shopping plaza by the family dollar. The fish was very fresh and delicious, sashimi was also prepared excellently!

Great lunch spot for the Mongolian grill type of restaurant. Sushi is decent and hot plates are good. Weekends have buffets at reasonable prices. Excellent service.
