This little ice cream joint was great. The employees greeted and said goodbye to each customer that entered and left the store. When you walked in, it smelled delicious and had such a nice atmosphere. Despite claims that it was expensive, the prices were very reasonable for the wonderful ice cream. They had many options and very neat sundaes with creative names. The ice cream was flavorful, soft, and creamy. I tried the cuppaccino chip and it was delicious. It was cuppaccino flavored base with chocolate chips and what seemed to be praline. I got a normal (cake) cone and it was nice and crunchy. The two employees working cranked out our 5 orders, plus the orders of other customers, quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back again, maybe even twice in one day.

Definitely five stars! When we walked in they greeted us with a very friendly hey! They were really nice and in a very uplifting mood! The ice cream was so soft and creamy! Its definitely a place to go if youre craving some ice cream and need something really good to eat! Its definitely a place I would recommend!

We went looking for ice cream in hit summer day and stumbled on the Ice Cream Factory. We were not disappointed. The ice cream is locally made, with a variety of unique flavors. We found it to be reasonably priced too. We can away satisfied (and full)!
