Visited a B&R for the first time to get a free scoop for downloading the mobile app. When I ordered a flavor the employee responded "Scoop, Cone, what?" in a confused annoyed tone while shrugging his shoulders. You know, rather than politely listing off the different options like a competent employee would. I apologized and clarified just a scoop as I was going to use a free coupon. As he served me the scoop he mumbled something and I guess I just assumed I was good to go. When I proceeded to the door he said Hey! I can help you over here (The register). I walk over and presented my mobile phone coupon, he scans it, I press done, and the coupon goes away. The employee said it didnt go through so he has to scan it again, problem is the app would not bring up the coupon again. It was gone. He said I couldnt leave because he couldnt "Give me free food on camera". After me, him and another customer were screwing with my phone trying to get it to work for 5 minutes the employee was like, "Whatever, sorry". Honestly Baskin and Robbins? This is the first experience you want people to have after downloading the app and getting a free scoop?

Boyfriend and I went to get some ice cream. There were only two people working and weve never had a problem before with only two workers. There was a few people ahead of us waiting for ice cream and one of the workers was going back and forth. By the time our turn came up we waited by the ice cream for 15 minutes for one of the workers. They were both working coffee station. We decided to wait in the other line but to no luck they were moving slower. Im not sure either knew exactly what they were doing. I used to work at a dunkin and could move faster than that by myself. There was about 6 people in line. 4 of us left because they werent helping us.

Quick and easy in the morning for my coffee before work and now they even clank me a discount. Although Ive had ice cream from there as well but didnt come across any chemical taste that the previous user had experienced. Quite unfortunate.
