How in the world can you be out of ice cream at 8:30 PM? I am astounded! I am not from Wisconsin originally, and I prefer ice cream to custard, and I dearly love mint chocolate chip. So imagine my horror as I stood in line to see that not only was there no mint, but also two (2) other empty tins and a fourth that was virtually empty. I mean how is this possible? And the staff, well lets just say that they could not have been less interested in my obvious distress. Now, I will be the first to admit, that like many Americans, I need ice cream, like I need another hole in the head, but the funny thing is, when I go to an ice cream store, I actually expect to find ice cream. And not just vanilla, or chocolate, or cotton candy. It is sad that you need to call ahead to see if your favorite flavor is still available before you leave the house. It might also help business to get some employees that are enthusiastic and look like they want to be there. Overall, I would rate my experience a big fat "F!"

This is the best place ever. They may run out of some ice creams and/or from time to time but what do you expect from a place that gets a lot of business! Say you went to home depot and everyone got the same ridge all day. it would run out of stock just like popular icecream. Also if you just like plain ice cream you wont like this place as much. Its more of a place to get any and all ice cream you can dream of, to be made right in front of you! Want mint and a chocolate mixed with brownies, almonds and gummy bears, why not?!?!

Employees need training in cleaning. The place was filthy. Every table had ice cream drips all over them. The counter had ice cream drips on it. I put my arm in ice cream that was on the glass display area. The garbage can was grossly over flowing. The floor needed even just a quick sweep. I havent been to a Cold Stone in quite some time, and used a Groupon on Memorial day. If I hadnt, 2 ice creams would have been $10. Did I say how dirty this place was? Gross!

Really bad option. Takes forever to get served and dont stand behind their word. My party got almost ruin because of their lock of responsability. I like cold atone ice cream but because of this i will never go back to this location and I will take my busines some where also.

Disgusting, unclean staff who are extremely lazy & dumb. Since the way this place looks all the time; I bet management is the same way. Their extremely overflowing garbage can was (and still is) like that for weeks.

Two hours before they close, only 4 choices of ice cream. They couldnt make any of their signature cones. Stood there almost 15 minutes before another customer told us, never even had a staff member talk to us.

Unfriendly, terrible customer service. Employees are simply there for a job and do not care about your experience. Took 15 minutes to watch this girl try so hard at her job. I mean lol its scooping ice cream...
