We ran across Which Wich pretty much by accident. Every time wed visit the World of Beer I noticed the sign, but didnt think anything of it. One Friday evening, when trying to figure out what to have for dinner, we decided on Which Wich. When you first walk in the door, the first thing you notice is YELLOW. The place is brightly colored, and yellow is the main color. Since this was our first visit and we stood there looking like tourists, one of the employees probably sensed our confusion and wonderment and came over to ask if we needed help. He pointed out that the bags correspond to the sandwich you want to order, and you order and customize your sandwich with one of the many red Sharpies that are provided. Once youve made up your mind you hand your completed order bag to the cashier. After she rings it up she places it on a clip and then on to a slide wire, which sends it to the order preparation people. When your sandwich is done its placed inside the same bag you ordered it with. This really helps cut down on the confusion about whose sandwich is whose, and also cuts down on orders being made incorrectly. In the meantime you can pick out your chips and get your drink. Speaking of chips, they have your typical assortment of bags of chips, and they also have Wich Chips. Chips that are made in the store. My recommendation: Wich Chips. Theyre fresh and I love the way theyre seasoned. The food delivery time was pretty fast, and you know that your sandwich will be made fresh and to your specifics (because you wrote it on the bag). I had the South Philly sandwich, and it was delivered hot and was VERY good. One of the cool things about Which Wich is that they have their own music channel. Not local radio. Not satellite radio. Not a CD put on random. They have Wich Radio, and they played some pretty good songs in the 45 minutes we were in the store. Long story short (and I know its a little late for that), if youre looking for a novel lunch experience, Which Wich is your place to go.

Just ok...there are a lot of sandwich places around, so it would have to really be "superior sandwiches", but they are just ok. My main problem is the operations aspect. You grab a bag and are supposed to use the pens to mark out ingredients you dont want. At most places, they put a whole extra line on your order with "NO TOM" or something. There were hardly any people in the restaurant but still it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich - so they didnt rush, but still missed taking off the ingredient I didnt want. They made another sandwich, right, for me. But as a hot sandwich, the turkey was still cold. They had sent the sandwich through a mini toaster, but the bread gets hot, but wasnt enough to warm my Turkey and Stuffing. Weird having cold and hot in each bite. They have special thick cut home made potato chips! Oh boy! Except, they are all made with pepper. Why not make some salt only? So, a just ok sandwich, with pre-bagged frito lay chips (because I dont want your pepper ones), in a fairly sterile environemnt with lots of ads (the "radio" says "Wh1ich wich" between each song, and you get the founder talking about superior sandwiches at one point). Less talk, how about make a better tasting sandwich, correctly the first time, and quickly? I wont be back - Jersey Mikes does custom sandwiches but faster and correctly. They do have more bells and whistles (e.g., stuffing with turkey) at Which Wich, but still just not well designed as a restaurant. They have a lot of employees in that park area by Cabelas so they should do fine, but not worth driving there if you dont work at Norton.

Tasty sandwich and fast friendly service. First time there. I looked over the menu and decided on The Wicked. I made my choice on toppings and gave the bag to the nice girl. She noticed that I forgot to mark acouple of boxes. After getting that all settled I paid and waited for my sandwich. In no time it was ready and man was it packed! It actually had toppings on it! Unlike Subway. Not only was it packed with toppings, but it tasted great. It was fresh and full of flavor. I got the house chips and they were great also. Salt and pepper. Perfectly seasoned. I will be back, just too bad that they are so far away from home.

I have been here multiple times, the first time was great which brought about my second visit. Unfortunately the day I came another one of the storefronts was doing some work on their floors or something and it sent a horrendous odor throughout the restaurant! The sandwiches were also not up to the standards i had received the first time. I addressed the situation with them and the store owner went above and beyond to make this situation better. I have had no major issues besides this one and they have all been friendly! I look forward to going back!

I have to say everything was a pleasant experience. I was excited to try this place out for the first time, although I will admit I initially felt a little bit intimidated by all the choices and different bags to choose from (i.e. how you place your order). Immediately, Noah came to the rescue. He asked if I had been there before, and once he knew I was a newbie he genuinely made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process while offering up suggestions. The sandwich I got was fabulous! I cant wait to try the others. Highly recommend!

Their system definitely throws you a curve ball at first. There are huge menu boards against the wall, with sub sandwich bags underneath. All labeled according to the various menu boards. BUT ITS ALL ON THE WALL NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER LINE! Theres a long table with tons of markers. Theres no easy way to explain the rest. I love their bread, its not super Subway thick. Everything tastes super fresh, and they have a CRAZY amount of options. The price is comparable to Jimmy Johns or Penn Station. And absolutely comparable in quality.

Update: prices went up, veggie options have been removed and the entire menu has been changed for the worse. I was glad to have this near my house but like all companies greed got the best of them, I wont be back. Fantasticd and helpful. Food is great as well, I like the paper bag system they use, it keeps orders correct and allows you to see all the options as you build it up. a bit spendy (compared to subway), but you get what you pay for.

This was my wife and I first time trying this place and felt it was mediocre at best considering all the other sandwich chain shops in Lousiville, still prefer Penn Station for hot subs. I had a philly cheese steak and was lacking flavor.. not having the prices on the menu can surprise you also at the register as I thought it was somewhat pricey for what you get. Didnt think it was bad however not somewhere Ill be dying to go back to.

The only reason its getting a four and not a five is because the first sub I ordered was absolutely horrendous (they added wayyy too much sauce and I couldnt even find my meat in the sub!), but being that its still new I told the manager and he gladly made me a new one...when I got it back it was absolutely delicious. Best sub Ive ever had in the ville. The hummus is really good and the gyro is perfection.
