I went there with a group of coworkers tonight. We all staggered in. It took at least ten minutes from me getting there to me getting my drink order taken. We had to trays of chips one of which was almost empty when someone asked for more chips the lady who didnt actually take our order said you have more and pointed to the chip tray at the other side of the table. It took an hour from when the first of my party arrived to get our food order taken. We got our food but no one had silverware. Most drinks stayed empty half the night. A few ordered soft drinks and got water refills instead. While I was waiting for my receipt the waiter made the comment "I am not drunk" and just gave me the signed copy instead of reprint.

Went there New Years Eve. Service was VERY slow! Had to wave down server several times. They were not busy... we have been there a few times. Food was always just ok. But this time it was nasty and skimpy! The chili relleno was gross and made my wife sick. Have ordered the Texas margrata 3 times each time it has been a new price. 9.50 13.75 and this time $26.00! I guess its was new years eve but if your going to gouge let me know. We will not be back... spent 160.00 and left unhappy hungry and mad. Dont even start me on the queso its Elmmers glue.

Did a carry out about three weeks ago and my whole order was messed up. I went back in and was told by a manger that not only would they fix my food but also send me a gift certificate. I left pretty happy. Flash forward to today still have not recieved my gift card, even though I live a half a block away, and when I called they said they sent it and hung up on me. A MANAGER hung up on me. They have offically lost my buisness!!

This is great for an inexpensive Mexican dinner. We are there every Wednesday for 1/2 off margaritas! Service is fast and friendly. They have all the Mexican favorites and I particularly like the vegetarian selection. Occasionally, they have live music. Be careful of sitting outside as Bardstown Road drivers are not the best. We have seen many wrecks while dinning there. Have a margarita - they are the best!

Bland food, expensive drinks, high bill, sassy bad service, I will never return to this place. Our bill was $111 for 4 people, fajita tacos were u priced on the menu, I was charged $10 for three tacos, I paid +$40 for two pitchers of margaritas, I would never return there. I would not recommend for you to go there unless you want overpriced drinks and bad food and surprise bills.

As a San Diego native living in Kentucky has often been a disappointment when it comes to ethnic food in general. I stumbled across this place while spending a day in Louisville. The service was great, food was so flavorful and the margaritas were on point. I speak from experience when I say this restaurant had delicious mexican food. Will be coming back.

No place can get a poor rating if it has both Dos XX Lager and Especiale on tap! Having said that, the basic salsa with chips is quite good and on the spicy side, which is great. The guacamole is poor and the tomatillo salsa not very good, either. The carnitas, on the other hand, were quite excellent! Overall, a reasonable meal at a decent price.

Food was God awful. Made me want to puke. Salsa was bad. Food was terribly dry and tasted like it was microwaved. I would bet my lunch was leftover food from the day before. Poor service. Dont go here unless you want Montezumas Revenge.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. I wasted 20 minutes of my life in this resturaunt and wad never afforded the chance to place an order. The worst service would have been better than absolutely no service.

Good mexican restaurant, a favorite of ours in the area. Our food has always been flavorful and well prepared. They have good chips too. Service can be just a bit slow if you are in a hurry so be prepared if you are in a rush.

We hadnt been to Sol Aztecas for some time. We made this visit hoping for improvement. It may be worse. We sat at the bar. After nearly ten minutes without a greeting, we left. They were well staffed and not busy.

Ive eaten here a few times and the last I went was this year on Valentines day. The food was not too good and the salsa was watery with no flavor. Dont remember it being like this the first couple of times I ate here.
