Hungry and want to grab a quick bite to eat? Have young children who get bored easily? Then this is not the place for you. Have only been here 3 times over the past two years or so, and each time the service was sloooooow. First occurrence we went early afternoon for a late lunch, place was mostly empty. Still took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered, and not until I got up to find someone to figure out what was going on. To top it off, they got my order wrong. Went back a few weeks ago to give them another chance. Went on a Thursday evening and while the service was a bit better, still took well over 30 minutes to get our food. Went again last night only because we had a gift card. Place was a bit more full of diners but there appeared to be an abundance of servers working (well, walking around at least). Think that helped with the speed? Nope. Took a good 10 minutes for a server to come to our table and at least another 10 to get our drinks. After placing our order for food, once again had to wait well over 30 minutes for it. All wee ordered was some boneless wings and a couple hamburgers for the kids. Seriously, how long does it take to fry up some chicken and toss it in some sauce? Dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

When we eat here, we get out food to go. The wait is far too long to sit there with 2 small children. We have never waited less than 45 minutes for our food either eating in or ordering to go. The last few times we have ordered to go my husband has waited 30-45 minutes for our food and he is lucky to get someone to even ring him up. The employees stand around the front and look at you like you are some weird creature instead of their customer that they need to assist. Today we called ahead and waited 30 minutes before we left so their was so excuses. The food still wasnt ready. My husband waited an another 30 minutes for it and the food came out wrong. When he expressed concerns to the manager about our bad experiences, he offered us two 5 dollar gift cards, but made sure to let him know he couldnt have them until after he paid full price for this meal. We will never go back. Ridiculous.

The service here is bad. in the last 3 weeks i have been to this location 2x for carry out orders. The first time when they showed me my food they flipped the boxes open and shut really quick. I asked to see one of the boxes again that should have had 6 wings in it but it only had 5. The second time was tonight. They told me 10 to 15 minutes on my food. I ordered 12 wings and onion rings. I show up to pick up my order 20 minutes later and they have no clue who took my order and cant find the order slip. So then i have to wait another 15 minutes for them to go to the kitchen to make my order again and then they have to ask me 2 more times what my order was. The restaurant was absolutely dead and it was really frustrating. The food is still excellent but i dont think i will order from this location any more.

Bad service, bad experience. Mistakes have been made on our orders the last few times we have dined there. Dined there for most likely the last time last evening. We ordered 24 boneless wings which first came out traditional style. The server said she would take them back to get them replaced not even offering to us the wings that were brought out in the meantime. She then brought out the correct wings but shorted us two based on the fact that little breading crumbles were supposed to be counted as two whole wings. She apologized saying that the "cooks were a**holes" and that they didnt care about the customers. After done eating, we were offered no discount of any kind and they even had the nerve to charge us an extra $1.60 for Southwest Ranch dips. Very frustrated and will not be returning.

We went there and asked for a table for two. There were many tables open, but they were all dirty, and the staff was very slow at cleaning the tables. After about 20 min. of waiting (standing right in front of them), we asked them how much longer and it turns out they skipped us, but didnt want to take responsibility for their actions. They told us it was our fault for not hearing them in the first place. They were very rude about it and made us sound like idiots. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few minutes longer in which they called up about 2 more parties. We called them out and told them we were already skipped, and it turns out they didnt even put us back on the list! Literally the WORST service weve ever had at any restaurant

Used to go to this location and always had Heather as our waitress because she is excellent, by far the best one there! Have continued going even though she has not been there the past month or so and had different waiters. Gets worse each time. We went last week and waited fifteen minutes for someone to talk to us and then I think she forgot about us because it was another 20 to get our order taken. Kept leaving us with empty drinks and the order came out almost an hour later and wrong. Not only that but our waitress had an attitude and although we asked to speak to a manager we never got to. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A WAITER OR WAITRESS YOU TRUST.

We arrived at the restaurant around 3:30 on Tuesday. There were about 4 tables of customers but we could not be seated right away as we were told by an employee behind the counter as there were others ahead of us to pick up call in orders. There were several dirty tables due to parted guests. We were finally seated then waited for the one server. 30 minutes later were received our food. One manager was interviewing a young lady and no less than 6 employees surrounded the front counter. Finally they started clearing some of the tables and in doing so flicked water from a dirty glass on us...so unaware. Last time for us to go here!

Ordered a take out order online. The total of my order was $16.73. When I went to pick it up, they said it was $24.06. I questioned them about the total, but they insisted that was the total. Unfortunately, I did not have my emailed receipt with me. I got home, and realized they had charged me for someone elses order, even though I got what I ordered.The receipt had someone elses name and phone number on it. When I called, they insisted that my order was the same price as the one I paid for. Umm, no it wasnt. They refused to rectify it. It may not seem like a huge amount, but getting overcharged $8.00, isnt worth a trip back.

My husband and I moved to Muncie a year and a half ago, in that time we have probably visited this Bdubs at least 15 to 20 times. Overall we gave only had 1 visit where the service was average. Every time we go our order is never correct, we wait over an hour for food, even if they are dead and they cant make a good drink period! Where we used to live Bdubs was always good, here not so much. I guess after today with again another horrible visit we will never come back. All I ask is you take my order correctly, make a decent drink, and be prompt.
