If BBQ had a personality it would take after the proprietor-- and accordingly this is the most gracious, friendly and kind there is. Also a beautiful country setting made this a lovely surprise and experience. We were fortunate enough to watch the total eclipse from their lawn. Full and happy experience in every way possible.

Great ribs. Lousy chicken with sides being pretty good. The huge drawback to this place is the proprietor is VERY RUDE and they regularly run out of items if youre not early enough... Then the proprietor is rude about it as well.

This is the best BBQ I have found in the southern KY, middle TN area. All of the BBQ is made to perfection and the pork chop is so tender you dont need a knife and it will fill two adults easily. The sides are average.

Never been there just saw the story of the soldier and Jay Leno on the Today Show. Made me nostalgic for the Kentucky countryside. Im sure the BBQ there is a whole lot better than the TX BBQ we have here.

The fellow that owned this place was killed in a car accident several months ago and took his recipe with him to barbecue in heaven. My understanding is they will not be reopened.
