This place is TERRIBLE I called to place a pick up order and and was put on hold for 20 minutes! I hung up and called back to talk to the manager who was just as rude as the employees they have answering the phone... he had no answer as to why they couldnt take my order or where his employees were why they were not doing there jobs ect... he did however inform me the the GM was on vacation and i could talk to him on Tuesday when he returns... he said all of this with out even an apology... so I will give it for you I am sorry you dont know how to do your job

Food was good but we didnt get to order what we wanted. On the day we went we were told it had been a busy weekend and that they had run out of some ingredients and they werent able to offer any of their dishes that contained chicken or fish until the shipment arrived later that afternoon. Wasnt a huge deal but this ruled out the majority of their menu. The server was very friendly and the food we received was pretty good.

Every time my family and I visit the Georgetown location there is something wrong. Either the service is terrible, my burger comes without bacon, my steak and lobster comes without the lobster. My family and I have decided we will no longer go to this location, which is such a disappointment because we have always loved Ruby Tuesdays, especially the salad bar.

I heard about new management taking over so I decided to stop in and give this place another try and I have been coming back regularly ever since. I love this restaurant now--it was always my favorite place to get ribs or steak in Georgetown, but now the service matches the food. My family and I stop in about every other week and always feel very welcomed.

We have been here 3 times now and our food was never right. This last time was GREAT. The shrimp was gross and the fries were cold. We sent it back and the manager came to our table and asked us to order something else, we did the ribs and man were they Good. Yes they did mess up but they did make it right. Yes come eat here but dont do the shrimp.

I loved my meal tonight and the service was great till I payed the tab and the waiter assumed because I gave $25 for my 19.sum tab, that the rest was his for the taking, instead of bringing me five ones and the change so I could leave the tip. Of which I was going to leave the 5 anyways but I do not like that he assumed that.

Worst dinner experience EVER! My husband didnt even get his entire dinner at one time! I wouldnt have even given 1star but I couldnt post the review otherwise. Salad bar even sucked. Out of many items. My dinner was cold, my daughter only got the vegetables of her dinner! My husband finally got his in a to go box!

This place has gone so down hill... We were looking forward to lunch. However, there were only 5 other customers and the food seemed to be microwaved, when we said something we got the same things back just nuked a little more. If I could have given it a negative star I would of!!! NeVER GOING BACK!!!

I ordered $53 worth of carryout food and the customer service from the cashier was horrible. On top of that her appearance(clothing) was just as bad as her personality. You would think management would do a better job in selecting workers. Will NOT be going back, EVER!

We recently ate there service was awful.Someone in our party had a hair in their food.We asked for the manager who never can out. It was close to close and they started dusting the blinds right next to where we were seated. Not to mention the food was over priced.

The waiter kept getting confused with our order of two entres and was a bit sloppy. The chef over cooked my wifes steak and she said it had a bad flavor. Were not the type of people to complain about cheap food, but this was a bad experience.

Food was horrible...waiter was friendly but not of much help. We ask for pink lemonade and he just add a Lil cherry flavor to regular instead of offering their strawberry lemonade. My daughters burgers where burnt. And my broccoli was aweful.

Place was dead, all the staff was hanging out and laughing in the bar. We were seated at the table closest to them. Waited 5 mins and no one spoke to us. Had 4 servers walk around us.. We left without anyone ever speaking to us.....

We came here for the salad bar, which is always fantastic. Only complaint from me is that they have done away with cottage cheese and olives on the salad bar. Otherwise, a great place to eat from the menu or the salad bar.

They continually remove every reason I came here from the menu. I will sadly not be back and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The brocoli salad being removed from the garden bar was the last straw for me.
