Really horrible. Salad bar was very messy needed to be cleaned. Had porta bella petite sirloin. Both steaks were very tough and full of gristle. Husbands steak was impossible to cut we had to send it back. Also was not cooked medium rare as ordered. Both were close blue rare. We do love rare steaks but these were nowhere near what we ordered. Food was warm at best, not hot. The only good thing on my husbands plate was his baked potato. His replacement steak was more on par. Also they ran out of baked potatoes. Service was only fair as it appears they are short staffed. According to my husband the mens room was worse than a porta potty at the county fair in summertime. We saw our server 3 times had to wait on drink refills. Waited on the check forever and when it was brought to me the little credit card thing had some kind of sauce in it! Never once saw a manager to make sure the second dinner round was ok. Will NEVER be back to this Ruby Tuesday location. Too bad I have to give it 1 star to post my comments. I feel sorry for the people waiting on tables to open up. We would have been better off going to Golden Corral and would have spent less $$ for our meal and GC is not my favorite place but it would be better than this joint! Stay away!

Im not normally one to write a review but this place is awful. My wife and I usually love Ruby Tuesday, this one is sub-par. Our first experience here was bad, the service was terrible, the wait was long (despite 3/4 the restaurant empty), and the salad bar was filthy. Hoping it was a fluke we tried again today, even worse. The section we were in was quadruple sat and the server, younger guy, was sincerely doing his best. Unfortunately it seemed like he was the only one trying. The table next to ours had to send a steak back over cooked, after 20 minutes I got a burger, ordered medium, it was charred almost inedible. Im not one to send to food back but I let the server know. He apologized and said he would let the manager know. No problem there, he was trying, but giving that I only ate a few bites because it was so bad, I would have at least expected the manager to come out and say something. I wasnt looking for a discount or free meal. It was verification for me that the management in this place sucks... Terribly. Not going to go back which also sucks because my wife and I like having the salad bar. Not worth it here, plenty of decent places in the area...

I came very close to not going here because of the negative reviews. But there were a couple things including the salad bar that I really wanted to try, so my daughter and I decided to go there and we were pleasantly surprised. our waitress Allie (sorry if it is spelled wrong) was awesome, beautiful and very attentive. The salad bar is great. It has anything you could want. Our appetizer was the five Italian cheese melt with pita bread and it was so good. our entrées were chicken broccoli Parmesan and the pork chop with the cauliflower bake. To be honest I did ask for the pork chop to be left without the bourbon sauce because I dont like anything sweet on my pork chop but when it came it had like a chili powder on it which I was not too fond of either but the Porkchop was cooked great and was very thick I just dislike the chili taste. If I were to order it again I would ask for it to just have salt and pepper period. Over all Im glad we decided to try it. And we will definitely try again.

This is the first time I have ever given a restaurant a bad review, but it was a most unpleasant experience. First of all the salad bar was bare and one person kept bringing out one item at a time to refill, and we waited over 15 to 20 minutes just to get some salad dressing. While we were waiting on one person to bring out refills for the salad bar, there were at all times 2 to 3 people standing around the hostess station doing nothing . The food was very mediocre and very high-priced. We were there with a large group on a Sunday afternoon about 1:30 and our server was excellent and very pleasant, but she could not make up for the salad bar with no salad stuff on it and the food being mediocre. Im writing this review because I hate to see a restaurant close but I do not know how they can stay open. The salad bar was always their best feature; now its terrible. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told he was not available because he was in the kitchen cooking. Wow!

I literally had the absolute worst experience Ive ever had in my adult years of life! This place was horrific!! Let me paint a picture for you. First we walk in we had 3adults and 2kids I told the waitress that she said oh okay so6 people.... we sat down got our first round of drinks and waited for our appetizers the tea tasted old and bitter the coke cola was carbonated and light colored! The appetizers was queso and chips were okay-the mozzarella sticks on a bed of lettuce tasted soggy...then we asked for a bar menu while finishing our non alcoholic beverages and there were now cups and plates stacked nice and neatly so they could take them...never did! Till i had to say something. Then we never got the bar menu....my daughters food came out by the manager and she had to ASK me if we had anything else... (yeah so i came into a restaurant to order her food and not all of us

Table of 5 people left the restaurant as we were being seated. That table was still not cleared 40 minutes later; it is very unappetizing to have other peoples mess linger so long, less than 6 feet from our table. Salad bar was plentiful and varied, and I enjoyed the lime cilantro dressing. Dessert came before the burger, which was served until a full 60 minutes after we were seated, and the restaurant was not even busy. Even dessert was disappointing, though, because the New York cheesecake was 3/4 frozen when it arrived. Waitress was sweet, and removed a salad bar and the cheesecake from the bill, but that unfortunately cant make up for the long wait and the ubiquitous sour smell of not-quite-sanitary table-wiping solution, dirty carpet and greasy floors. Next time in Elizabethtown, we will have dinner elsewhere.

Upon arrival less than 50% of seats were taken and they had 4 couples and a 4 top waiting to be seated. It just got worse, our salads had the appearance that they were recycled or just left over from a couple days ago. Then when the main entrées came my wifes was ok, but mine had obviously waited a while as the source cream looked like soft butter and the butter looked like au jus. The plate was covered in juices from the chicken and it had human hair in it. That happens but although it was taken off the ticket and I grabbed a snack at the convenience store, the management team never addressed the issue.

Most visits to this restaurant I am very satisfied. I do, however, notice I never really see the same staff twice. Maybe pay them better if you want them to stay? Desserts are hit or miss. Assuming they are shipped in frozen and not made in house because it is a franchise, most desserts are still partially frozen and disappointing. Those made with ice cream are always great. After a friend suggested it, I tried the burger with the upgrade to the better cut of meat and was very pleased. Best burger ever! Staff are always very nice.
