Called in an order (thank goodness I was going to pay cash). I called almost an hour later to find out how much longer it was going to be for my food and only got a voicemail. I called over and over again only to got their voicemail. So I ordered pizza thinking my food wasnt coming. Then the delivery driver called me telling me he would be there in 4 min. At that point I was over it . then I get a call from the restaurant saying that I needed pay. I told them NO and that I tried to call but no one answered the phone so I assumed they were closed. She said "We are closed". How can you be closed if you still have orders to be delivered? What they put their driver and customer through sucks. I work in the hotel industry, and will share my experience with all my guest.

RUDE RUDE RUDE And HORRIBLE FOOD.... My husband and I stayed at a hotel near this restaraunt. We asked the hotel for a restaraunt that delivers food. The hotel attendant recommended this restaraunt. We called to place an order. The lady on the phone said we needed a $15.00 order for delivery. So we ordered extra food to have it delivered. The delivery guy came upstairs to our room, We gave him our cash for the order and he rudely demanded a higher tip. HOW RUDE!!! On top of that, the rice we ordered was dry and the spring rolls were salty and not very good. I would NEVER go here again nor would I recommend it. HORRIBLE customer service and nasty food. This establishment needs to learn better customer service and better food.

Every time we order we have had the web page up with the total displayed for what is being ordered. The price quoted on the phone is always $2 to $3 more than the web price. Then when you are paying they do a NO SALE on your order. They are SCAMMING everyone that comes in. Over Charging ad not ringing up the sales so they can pocket extra money from the owners or the IRS. As for ordering on-line they say the on-line orders go to the other restaurant and they have to down load it from there. Food is average. It does not look clean in the kitchen. Back door is always open and the flies, dont get us started. If you have to drive farther for better food and service then do it. This place is not worth the time or the money.

I currently work at a hotel on the Covington riverfront as a Guest Service Agent. A guest at the hotel called and placed an order the driver showed up knocked a couple times. He then left and told the clerk at the resturant that he couldnt get an answer. When the guest called down about the food, I immediately called and checked the status. The lady on the phone was very rude, refused to come back and refused to let me speak to a manager. As a staff memeber of the hotel, we send a lot of guests to their establishement she showed nothing but shear disrespect. I will not refer another guest. Nor will I eat there again.

We eat take out a lot and have tried chinese food restaurants from NKY to Ft. Wright. Peking is by far the best around. Pizza takes 45 minutes so to wait an hour for Chinese food is normal. Pekings food is fresh, cooked to order and their portions are twice as big as their competitors. I havent ordered from anyone else in years theres just no comparison. If it doesnt take a restaurant at least 45 minutes to cook and deliver the food I wouldnt trust the food. Support family owned businesses. This family takes pride in their food and their business.

One star...ha...i ordered a seafood delight...like i always do from this place....always good...this time it was slimy and rancid...called and complained..got passed around to people who didnt speak good english....finally got someone who did...he threatened to show up at my door because i was drinking...duh...i was...so what...the food sucked...scared im going to have food poisoning...seriously...they finally agreed to pay me back...took five phone calls...they hung up on me everytime...dont order from here!

This is a family owned restraunt, and the food is at a great price and cheap. I always order my food online and by the time I get there to pick it up it is always ready. I know their little girls, because I used to work with them at the school. The family is very sweet and I have been going there ever since I found out they had a restraunt! Its a great price compared to original wok which is super expensive, so the extra 5 minute drive to peking is totally worth it.

Rating based on entire familys experience. Found the lo mein to be tasty but very doughy. Beef broccoli had a lot of broccoli. Fried rice was a bit dry. White rice was nice & sticky. Sweet and sour chicken was better than the last visit. General Tsos chicken was not very spicy, which was fine with me. Food didnt seem terribly salty, but an hour after eating, couldnt drink enough water. Family said theyd eat it again, but Ill pass.

This small restaurant is run by a family who lives in Latonia and loves serving Latonia! Their food is all cooked fresh when you order it, even the wonton soup is put together right when you pick it up. The vegetables are fresh, and the lo mein is great! I would recommend this to anyone who grew up with a small chinese restaurant right around the corner - this is the restaurant. Dont forget to ask for chopsticks!

Ordered my food online and an hour later called to check on the status. Was told they hadnt received my order and so hadnt cooked my food. Then I guess she checked their online orders and what do you know... it was there. Just told her to cancel it since Id been waiting an hour already. Not a good first impression at all. So my suggestion, if you order online from them call in to verify they received it.

As far as take out Chinese goes this place is great. Theyre always very prompt. The food is always fresh and the service is very efficient. Theyre arent a lot of other options for delivery/dining period in the Latonia area, but Peking is definitely a gem amongst a see of burger joints with terrible service. Its probably the only restaurant in Latonia where you could find a fresh vegetable.

This place has online ordering. Thats a major selling point for me so I was excited. But their crab rangoon was mostly shell and not much filling. The lo mien was...frankly...disgusting. I opened it up and I was reminded of nothing so much as the smell of old cat litter. Needless to say, it was inedible. We doubled bagged it and threw it away and could STILL smell it in the kitchen.

I have eaten at this place for over a decade. Its the best Chinese food in northern Kentucky hands down! They are quick with delivery and they are incredibly polite. Its a family owned restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend if you are looking for delicious authentic Chinese food!

Called in an order thinking that it wouldnt take too long, seeing as they arent too far from where I live. Called an hour later wondering if our food was still coming and they said they were just now cooking it... it took an HOUR for them to START cooking our food. Never ordering from here again.
