I have actually only been once but sometimes thats all it takes to leave an impression. If I lived closer it would be a regular visit. My one visit was last year during the holidays as a meet with a friend from that area and while giving our coffee orders I noticed a bourbon pecan pie that I had to have so I took it to a Christmas party that night and was absolutely delighted by it. It was unique in flavor which was so nice to not have the same old store bought pecan pie that I know exactly what it will taste like. I would definitely recommend the baked goods! Our service was great, too. Fast, friendly, and patient as myself and my friend seemed to take a while to decide what we wanted as we had never been there before.

My first time here and surely my last. As I waited for my order to be taken, I could hear the not so "whisper" voices of a seemingly unhappy gentleman worker. He was grunting and growning about issues he was having and how he had been so unhappy with his day, by the time he come to acknowledge me and take my order you could see that he was projecting his unhappiness onto the job and half assed his "smirk" and his sarcastic greeting. Its workers/owners like this that create the environment needed for a positive visit. The coffee was mediocre at best and nothing to write home about, however the sarcastic displeased gentleman, talking under his breath, is something to write to everyone about.

The owner of this coffee haus is the most obnoxious unprofessional man ive ever met. I was in retail for over 30 years and customers always came first. Well, not in this idiots mind, he said no way do they come first. Literally kicked 6 of us out all because we asked to close the window because it was in the 50s and we were freezing and our breakfasts were getting cold. Thats the honest truth. We learned from different shop owners that his reputation is awful in town. Beware and stay away.

The only positive part of my visit to bean haus was the brevity of the experience. It only took a few minutes for what I guess is the manager to appear to take my order. I could tell after my first question about a menu item that he had no interest in serving me. He was rude and arrogant from the word go. He had a smirk on his face throughout The entirety of our brief interaction. It seemed like a nice place; the signage seemed a little faded and dirty but other than that it seemed alright.

Hires underage children to work like the underage child who is 13 @ the counter (lies to cover himself when the child told me herself she in only 13 and the food tour guide as well), doesnt pay employees fair or at all also pays under the table, and is known and talked about for it around the community, dirty kitchen and bathrooms and should be turned in to the government for shady labor practices and child labor violations . All around shady business practices and unethical business .

Went into this cute little coffee shop for the 1st time and the workers were super nice and gave me great suggestions! The worker with brown hair was helping me pick out what I wanted while me and the girl with a pixie cut had a conversation. The food and coffee I got was amazing! Would definitely recommend this shop!

This is my cozy place, and dont get down to them often enough. Their coffee is to die for and comes in great big mugs that are so nice to warm your hands on during these cold winter days. I personally like the Highlander. Their scones are delicious as well, and everyone is so friendly. Must stop location.

The staff seemed under trained which is a poor reflection on management. The owner was snide and seemed very disinterested in helping me or anyone in my group. I had heard good things about Bean Haus, but am reluctant to go back and give them another chance.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER, does not believe that the customer is correct... speaking from experience. After talking to the locals over the weekend they say he is crazy & they are not a fan of his except that its the ONLY coffee place around which is too bad.

Not impressed. Sports bar type sandwich and appetizer menu, poorly executed. Salad had spoiled vegetables and the little prepackaged food service cup of dressing was unrefridgerated, warm, and completely inedible. So disappointing.
