My husband & I went to your establishment this evening at approximately 9:45 PM. There was a double line waiting to be served. When it was my time to order at approximately 9:52 I ordered a sundae and a blast. I was informed that I could not have a blast because the blenders were turned off. But while I was standing in line another customer was served a blast. We are regular customers at your business, but I am rethinking that decision. I understand your staff wants to go home as I work also but I dont understand being denied a product before closing time. I am not very happy and considering taking my business elsewhere. The Carters

They have many dairy options but only one alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or have allergies to whey and that isnt a dairy free creamy alternative, instead its a lime ice. You would think that they would have a simple 5 ingredient dark chocolate silk milk alternative but they do not. When traveling to the northern part of the midwest, the TCBY I visited, in the town of Elmhurst, Illinois had this classic flavor and I would like to see Baskin Robbins carry it as well.

Love Baskin Robbins they have the best Ive cream but the only problem is its way overpriced I could get a sundae McDonalds for like a buck instead of $3-4 but it was a hot day and the kids wanted some Ive cream so I splurged for once(being the cheapskate I am lol).

Your typical Baskin Robbins. They have nice outdoor furniture if you want to enjoy your ice cream outside during nicer days. Good cake selection.
