I give Orange Leaf in Brownsburg zero stars. They advertised free smoothies on Saturday June 21, 2014. The free smoothie consisted of approximately 1 inch of smoothie in a very small dixie type plastic cup. I believe they should have advertised free sample instead. I did speak to a manager later in the day who told me it was advertised as a 5 oz. cup but there was no where near 5 oz. in the cups we received. And I went back and looked at the promo and it mentioned nothing about 5 oz. cups. The establishment was not extremely dirty but not very clean either. The attitude of the one and only employee on duty was deplorable. We were not greeted or spoke to and at one point the employees demeanor frightened my four year old grand daughter. This was my first and last visit to this Orange Leaf. And I may never go in to another one again. For the price there are too many other establishments to get smoothies with ingredients just as good, prices more affordable, and much better customer service.

More or less felt judged just for wanting to sample the very precious froyo before I put it in my cup. The place itself was well cleaned. I was stared at the whole time and felt kind of profiled. I will definitely come back in the future, and I recommend this place to everyone. It’s a well run business, my experience this time around wasn’t like I hoped it to be. Also my corgi who’s name is “Meme” enjoyed the pup cup I got him. He was very happy with it.

My reasons are mostly subjective, but many of their toppings arent sized for mixing, such as full sized oreos. Also, the flavors are very tangy from what Ive sampled. As the only option on the area itll do, but I wouldnt be recommending it.

God variety of topping and flavors but expensive. I feel like every time he swipes my card nothing ever gets added. As many times as Ive been there, weve never had any rewards. Unlike Plainfield or Avon, we always get rewards.

I personally love orange leaf. I think they have an awesome selection as far as yogurts and toppings and servings. The staff is kind and helpful. This is by the best frozen treats place Ive ever had!

Delicious frozen yogurt, and a comfortable environment to enjoy it. I took my nephew there and had a great time. My only complaint is that it was a bit expensive.
