I just ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie with extra strawberries. They bring me a large strawberry smoothie. My fiancé tells them that we wanted a strawberry banana smoothie so they go (supposedly) fix it and come back with some icy strawberry crap! They even charged us wrong. So now we are on our way to Smoothie King...we threw that one from baskins robins in the trash. Smoothie king is awesome and you always get what you order!!

Unbelievable! Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter as she loves the ice cream cakes here. I arrive at the location and they DID NOT MAKE THE CAKE!! Seriously?!?! Did they offer a substitute for the inconvenience, NO!!! So, Happy Birthday to my daughter w/o a cake!!

Dont write reviews if you dont know what your doing. This place has very good service. its convenient and... Its ice cream! Who could complain? Dont be super nit-picky or things are bound to go wrong. and remind yourself, Its not Starbucks.
