No one spoke to me the whole time I waited to get service. A young Caucasian boy with acne acted as he was busy but as soon as a family of 4 come in, Caucasian as well... he was so happy to help. Greeted them at the door, left me standing by the ice cream bar, while he began getting the family order. I stood in complete shock over what was happening. The two girls working that night was just as worse, but atleast they was working the window! By this time Im pissed, I waited to see if maybe this little racist kid would come to help after he finished ringing up the family but nope he just stood by the cash register, still not wanting to help the black girl. I walked over to him, and told him Ive been waiting to get service. He took my order barely handed me my ice cream almost dropping it. Please OWNER if you dont support racism in your establishment please get this kid out of your business, the girls can go too! Time and date I went, April 1st, around 6ish!

This Baskin Robbins is the worst that Ive ever been to. Literally. Ive gone about five times to try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but its awful every single time. Its run by cranky teenagers who make your ice-cream extremely sloppily; all of my sundaes have been thrown together in the cups and/or boats, with ice-cream leaking out of the tops. Sometimes you get too much ice cream and not enough toppings or vice verse. My brownie sundae from today had literally a smidgen of fudge, and I always make it a point to ask for extra and pay the .50 cents for it. Didnt get that, obviously. 6 times is the charm! I wont be back. The yogurt mountain next door is absolutely freakin fabulous, and Ill just stick to that place from now on!

Upon arriving at the drive through the train was passing by and instead of simply saying pull forward to place order. The man said "I cant F$&kin hear what they are saying over the train." Over half of the ice cream selection on the menu was unavailable. Plus the dont carry waffle cones or chocolate dipped cones which are also listed on menu. We wont be back!

80% of the time I get sub-par unenthusiastic service. The offerings are inconsistent- sometimes I get options with my regular order, sometimes not. When I get good service, I find those people dont last long. I come here as little as possible. Perhaps a management issue? Its worth the drive to the Baskin Robbins on Lebanon Road!

This is by far the worst Baskin-Robbins in the US... Baskin-Robbins need to close this store because it is giving them a bad name....BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

Out of hot fudge. Its 5:30pm. Claimed it was left on the night before and it burnt. No one started anymore all day.
