I have always had a great experience at the Artichoke. I was very disappointing to be treated ruder than I ever have been treated in any establishment! This was absolutely crazy! I never got rude or raised my voice even though I was yelled at while having a business lunch. On my way out was told to never come back again and there is no reason for the lady with blue hair to worry as that will never happen, not in a million years. No one could pay me to go back there again! I suggest you turn around and walk out if you see her in there. DO NOT complain about your grill cheese sandwich having cheese on it that is not melted or you will pay the price.

It was clean and unique, but my hot sandwich the Twisted Seester well the Turkey was completely cold. The turkey did not touch the grill or whatever hot surface it usually touch not once. I did address the server regarding the issue, but Erica advised me to let them know next time Im in to warm it thoroughly. Well, I was just passing through town and possibly will not be back through... Anyways, baked beans were great and their twist of guacamole was cool... One suggestion Always leave your customers smiling and get their dine in orders correct.

Our server was not very enthusiastic and our sandwiches were very plain (ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich) and not made correctly. I could have made a better sandwich at home for a third of the price. And whats with the thimble-sized side orders? Wont be back. Edit: I tried to give it only two stars, but it looks like it is showing up with all five.

I loved the atmosphere and the wait staff was awesome! They were funny and friendly. We had the cheesecake which, even though served in a plastic basket, was delicious!! The negatives were the live band was raunchy and very loud and the building is dirty looking. I would visit again to try the large variety of sandwiches available.

Ive been there twice in the last couple weeks.Famous #8 once and the tweested sister another time. LOVE THEIR SANDWICHES.. Been coming here for years. The staff is always fun and food comes crazy fast. I just wish they were open longer. Sometimes. I forget their schedule and show up when they are already closed.

Casual atmosphere and a great menu. Lots of different sandwiches and wraps, with a lot of original items, and some great sides. Excellent beer selection. Food comes out pretty fast. A lot of evenings the is live music. Smaller place that can get crowded. Some vegetarian options.

I love the food here and that is the only reason I keep going back. The waitstaff is always rude and I would not leave them a tip, but I like the food and I would prefer they not spit in it the next time I go in. It is always "hi, what do you want?" Never very friendly.

Love this place. I go for lunch once a month or so. Their sandwiches are awesome. The place is small. But that is part of its charm. The service is quick so tables turn fast at lunch. Ive not been in the evening for a long time.

Great little Irish bar in downtown Wichita. If you want to have simple, tasty food, good music, and cold beers.. this is a must go for you. Nothing on the menu is sub-par. Personally I love the Original and a bag of potato chips.

Best sandwiches in town! Great drink specials! The Artichoke is a small establishment which gives off a unique vibe. Do not expect it to be fancy (which is better for the vibe) and enjoy great food and drinks!

Had drinks w/ chips & guac (average) last night for St. Patties to hear Celtic music. Really lively, close-knit environment. Well be back for dinner sometime again when they have live music.

Had the "Famous #8", potato salad, and broccoli salad. Sandwich was of good size, and tasted great. Sides were good as well, although a bit small. Service was pretty fast, even around lunch.

Great place for lunch! Also a good place for live music on some week nights. Grab a Rolly Molly or a Famous #8 with a Southern Pecan and enjoy.

Subway makes a better salad than Artichoke. Salads may not be their staple, but they could try a little harder than kwickshop in that area.
