I have visited this KFC twice now in about the last three months. Each time the dining area and kitchen area were very dirty. The last time, our order was not even right. We asked for mac and cheese and got potato wedges. We did not even get cheese on the bowl we ordered. I made a complaint with the main KFC and was called by a man that identified himself as the new manager of the store on S. West Street. He said he was sorry for our bad service and he was going to be working to clean up the store. He wanted my name and address to send me a postcard for a free meal so I would come back to the store and give them another chance. It has been a month now and no postcard. Guess I do not have to worry about if he got the store cleaned up or not. I will not be going back.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a $20 fill up and large mac n cheese. Paid for both, and then handed a bag with my food. Silly me, as they were not busy at all, I didnt check to see if all the food was there. Got home to discover they never handed me my receipt and left out my large mac and cheese. When I called to see how they would rectify the situation they suggested I drive back. I live minutes away. This is bS. Do you know what happened when chick fil a forgot my wifes chick fil a sauce they apologized and sent us over $20 worth of coupons to use at their restaurant and that was just sauce which is why chick fil a is far superior and classier then KFC. If you value your time, energy and money do not waste your time coming here.

On June 12th, I ordered a 2 piece bonless chicken meal to go. When I tried to order at the drive thru, the person started to take my order and then left. I waited and waited and finally just drove around to the pick up window to give them my order in person. The chicken was burnt and extremely dry. Looked like it had been sitting for hours.. The people working there that evening seemed clueless!! I wanted to call them back and say Hey, your chicken is super burnt. I figured they would say come back and we will replace it. I didnt feel like driving back again, and besides , they probably would end up spiting in my food. I dont recommend this specific kfc.!

The closing time on here is incorrect. they actually close at 10:30 (just so somebody else doesnt jump in their car and drive all the way up there). I arrived at 10:20 and was told they were closed....lazy people! Do the owners not read these reviews because you have several complaints and nothing seems to be changing or getting any better. I usually go to the one on south seneca where i receive exceptional service! This is located in an area where the service should be FAR better than this. DO NOT COME HERE! Spend your hard earned $$ somewhere where they want and appreciate your business!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give this location a fraction of this 1 star. This has got to be the WORST establishment Ive been to in a long time. The food is always extremely dry and over cooked. Not even edible. The attitude sucks here, I did one of those go cup surveys and they refused to five it to me stating that most numbers start with the number 8. Its an automated system that generates validation codes. They refused service for this reason. It needs to be shut down and someone needs to get in there and run this business the way its intended to be run. Its a shame, and I warn EVERYONE to avoid it at all costs.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru.... finally got to the window and I paid for the food then waited another 5 minutes for the lady to come to the window and realize I dont have my drink or food so she gives me my drink and walks away comes back and realized I dont have my food and turns around and grabs my bag of food (famous bowl) that has been sitting since I pulled up the window.... I will be calling corporate and complaining... not only was I upset about the wait but the lady at the window never said a word to me... shittiest KFC I need Wichita, I wish I could give it no stars

40 minutes for a meal, just to get home missing half the order and half of it cold!!! Never again!! And to add to those view, after speaking with the shift manager and making another trip back for the rest of our order, we find that the rest of the order is incorrect. I have put a call in for the store manager as well as the district manager.

So I arrive at 10:40pm. They close at 11. Woman at speaker says "sorry all we have is one crispy chicken breast were closing" . I said you close at 11, I cant order anything else ?" No I dont have anything else". Odd I was never allowed to do this when I worked at burger king BUT ok.

Folks working there more interested in each other and having a good time than taking care of customers. My order was slid to me across a counter w/o a word or even eye contact. The chicken was undercooked. The place is quite dirty. One less customer.

I went to this kfc and they didnt have any crispy chicken, no mash potatoes, no chicken breast, all they had were legs. I would call ahead and make sure they have aleast some flour before you go here so you can at least have tried chicken

They get my order wrong every single time. They always correct it so im usually not overly angry. The last time I went they messed up my order and the employee cussed me out for complaining. Wouldnt spend a dime at this place again.

I go a few times a week and never have had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and the resturant is very clean. The grilled chicken is awsome! They always ask me how everything was when I leave.

Employees are rude and we didnt get what we ordered and they didnt offer to fix it or replace it or anything. They straight dont care about customers. Not my first run in with them either.

I have had lunch here many times and the experience varies greatly. The food is always pretty good, but there seems to be a high employee turnover rate that effects things.
