I have never had so many problems with a KFC as I have with this one. In the past I have received undercooked chicken, overcooked chicken, asked for a mix of original and extra crispy and only received one or the other, received a family bucket with only legs and wings. Today my wife went there and ordered a 16 piece meal Wich comes with 4 LARGE sides. First they tell her they dont have any original recipe. Seriously how can you not have any original recipe? Then on top of it she gets home and they gave her medium sides. This has to be the worst KFC around.

Sos I go and order an 8 piece, and specify grilled. From other KFCs, it pretty good. From this one, its utterly inedible. I dont know who looked at that chicken, and thought "Yeah, this looks like its good enough to eat", but they may need glasses. Folks, if the chicken looks that bad, just tell the person ordering, and suggest something else. Dont ACTUALLY hand that out. Yuck. They did however, give me a coupon for a free bucket, so they at least made it rightish.

Drive through is really inconsistent. Ive ordered the same item maybe three different times. Sometimes I get the honey packets or nothing at all, or just a single butter packet in the box.
