Managers knowledge is lacking. Had to wait long time for a code that I missed and food had gotten cold and she did not authorize replacement of the cold food and melted ice cream. Manager gave wrong information which made for longer delay. If you have money on gift card on the sonic app in your phone, be sure to get the code that displays on the screen, because if you miss it the manager is clueless. Thank goodness they have some fantastic employees who are knowledgeable and know what to do.

A Business that will place Biblical scripture on their receipts is alright with me. Food is very good. I would only comment " it is especially important to get your orders exactly correct." If ya dont want cheese on your burger. Dont put it on there and if ya dont want to work there, get a job somewhere else. Dont stay there and have your unhappy attitude for all to see. Thanks Shine

Waited for over 10 mins just to order and they finally brought out the order. And it was the wrong one. Let them know it was wrong. So they come out n got the wrong order. Now we wait to see if they get it right. This was supposed to be hurry in hurry out. We wont have time to enjoy the food. And by the time we get home it will cold.

I love that they put a Bible verse on the ticket. And the servers are cheerful. The food is what you expect, good Sonic comfort food. We like eating outside on the patio which is always clean.
