Is it that hard to run a bar?! Im a dart shooter, been coming here for years. This place has never had what anyone would call good service... Cute girls, sure, but whether the place is busy or slow, if you want a drink- its going to be a while. Thats really the nicest way to put it. Ive tried tipping well, being nice, standing orders ( Ill be here a while, keep bringing beer until further notice.) The only thing that works is getting there early and ordering for the whole night, "Three buckets of beer & a pitcher of water, please." So, last night... The place was busy so I never met my waitress. I went to the bar to order and smoked a whole cigarette while waiting for the poor bartender to get to me. Busy Saturday night and only two little girls behind the bar... One more note on service, NEVER RUN A TAB!!! EVER! Itll always be wrong but you get about a 10% chance of it being wrong in you favor. Maybe you like those odds, I dont, and I surly dont like arguing about it. On to the darts; Darts has been pretty good to Hot Shots, bringing in lots of people on weeknights that wouldnt have been there otherwise. I remember and thank Hot Shots for free food on playoff nights. What I cant understand is why they cant get it right after all these years! Hot Shots has the floor space, why dont you spread the boards out a little? Why do you use those ridiculously small tables (three deep in the dart area) and arrange them right up on the line so they interfere with the shooter? All you need to do to fix the lighting on the boards is to move the lights about another foot away from the wall, not hard- nail up a longer bracket! Most of the time, dart shooters take these small issues in stride- no biggie, right? Last night was the first time Hot Shots didnt have anything to keep score with. I guess theyve stopped buying the crappy little grease pencils and upgraded to dry erase markers that they ran out of. I guess its a lot cheaper when you dont have to buy anything. The manager said hed get a pencil & paper if I wanted to keep score that way, didnt seem particularly important to him. Id like to say that Im done with the place but as long as Im on a league, Ill have to come back. Thanks a lot Hot Shots for making it such a chore to shoot darts and drink beer.

my husband came to ur resturant on thursday march 21st around 8:30 pm.. he ordered the boneless wings.. he was very very upset because ur waitress had informed him that he would have 10 to 15 wings.. he only got 8. i encouraged him to tell the waitress and he did with no resolve.. im very disappointed in ur training of ur staff and thier lack of carring about my husband.. he has a very important demanding job and dinner is the only substantial meal that he gets to have a day.. specially cause he works 14 hour days.. as a server myself for 12 years i would have to say this is completly unexceptiable and ur bar could use some revamping.. needless to say i highly doubt my husband will ever come back.. sincerely, corrie dawson (concerned wife)

I was in this location to watch my favorite team the Pittsburgh Steelers. I was pleasently surprised to see that there was a fan club that met there every Sunday. It was on 5 of the big screens and they actually had the sound on for the game. Overall I had a great experience and got to meet a lot of new Steeler fans that were in the area that loved the team as much as me. I had one of their "famous Woody burgers" It was awesome and very inexpensive. I got great bucket specials, and stayed for the whole day. My waitress actually had a Steelers shirt on, so they must have done this before. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially any Steelers fans out there.

Im giving this place three stars, because after I made a complaint to the bartender, the waitress began paying attention to us. As we walked in we were helped. My friend & I were switching up each round closing out after each round (note to future waitresses, this is good, usually leads to more tips). Well after drinks were finished, we were ignored by each waitress in this place. I couldnt get them to look in my direction so I could at least wave them down. Needless to say, the manager offered us a few free drinks and apologized and ensured us we wouldnt be ignored again, and we werent for the rest of the night. Thank you for that.

The food is great like all hotshots. I have only been to this location once because Im not a fan of eating my food and drinking while other people are smoking inside. It was only unpleasant because of this. Smoking inside would be a big deal but ita not well ventalated in there. It would be nice of the smokers had an indoor/outsoor area where they could still enoy smoking but leave the eating area smokeless. Your eyes burn a bit, its smells like and ashtray, and you go home after dinner and drinks smelling like a cigarette. Wait staff was very friendly so were the patrons. I would rate 5 stars of not for the smoking inside.

We were in the area for a dart tournament and went here for lunch. The staff were friendly and the wings were good. The prices werent too bad. The only bad part was that the waitress told us the wrong prices on specials and when she found out she never told us so our tabs were a bit higher than we expected. Not the end of the world, but if youre operating on a budget that will throw you off.

I generally go to hotshots for the pool and darts. Their prices are pretty fair. I have frequented this location recently, resulting in mixed feelings. The service is hit and miss from day to day. The wings were cooked ok but the pizza was pretty good for a bar. They have very few pool tables compared to other locations but plenty of dart boards.

Loved the atmosphere, good music, decent food. BUT I feel like their drinks are watered down. Unless you spend $100 for a round of shots, and not the specials or flavored kind, shots of things like straight up patron, youre NOT getting drunk. Not even buzzed 9 drinks later. All drinks were tall "double shots, and the specialty shots.

Moved here recently from California and found this place. A great find. Attentive bartenders, in particular Amanda and Zaina. Have enjoyed a few of their appetizers. Just wish they didnt squeeze the burgers flat, were a bit dry and flavorless. All in all a great place to enjoy a game and a few cold beers though.

First impression, walked in for the first time July 21, 2017. Smelled like an ashtray. Thought I might practice darts on the steel tip dart boards and try the tacos and have a drink. The dart board area had reserved signs for a party starting in an hour and no one asked if I wanted anything so I left.

good sports bar. plenty of TVs. food was regular bar food. i tried the sracha burger which was pretty tasty. They also seem to have a good beer selection with good prices. Downside is that if you dont smoke dont go. its a smoking bar. if you can bare it, its worth a try.
