I dont know if it is because I went during a busy time or if I just got a barista who wasnt nice, but unlike the other reviews, my barista was not friendly at all and was quite curt with me. Again, I was there at a busy time (around 7:30 am) and needed a coffee traveler last minute. I understand this is something you usually need to order ahead, but it was something we needed last minute for a business meeting and due to our breakfast catering plans falling through. And, we understood we would have to wait while it brewed. BTW... he pointed out how we really needed to order this ahead of time. The barista was even more rude when I went to the register for a second time to order more items. My boss, who was with me, couldnt believe how I was treated. How embarrassing for me and Starbucks! I will say the barista who actually brought me the coffee traveler was very nice.

There are numerous flies in the store right now as I type this. There is also a fly inside the pastry case. The window is open in the drive thru and kept open. I have no less than five flies buzzing around me and other flies are around the other customers. I dont understand how this is acceptable to Schultz and Company. I dont blame the company at all, but the local manager and team that is letting this go. This must have been going on for a long time if they think that this is okay. Close the drive thru until a solution is made to bring this store up to par with the standards expected of a premium coffee experience that is supposed to be delivered.

Ordered 4 drinks. Paid for them. The lady at the window said to pull forward and they would bring our drinks out. After waiting 15 minutes and watching the same people come through and get their drinks and leave I got tired and parked and walked in. Right then the guy hands me my drinks. The drink carrier my drink was in fell apart from sitting so long from the condensation. They also messed up one drink and just scrapped the whip off the top. None of the drinks were frozen anymore. Poor place for a drink. Poor service. Nobody cared that worked there and you can just tell it.

The experience here is always pleasant. The drive-thru often has a pretty sizable weight, but they tend to move through it pretty quickly. Inside there tends to be a wait as well, but it too moves quickly. Pretty standard Starbucks with Wi-Fi, a medium amount of seating and a little bit of variety with what you can actually sit on. Thats always a nice place to run by when you need something quick and dont have time to go inside one of the local places.

I love this location! Every staff member has been super nice and friendly to me (even one time when I spilled my drink all over the floor). Sometimes if I am lucky I encounter my favorite barista, I think his name is Tanner. He is one of the friendliest people I have encountered. He cracks jokes with customers and is very enthusiastic about his job. If he doesnt win employee of the month every month there is something wrong!!!!

This one doesnt have great seating options if youre looking to sit in a squishy chair to read or fire off a few dozen emails. The location of the line in relation to the door and seating is also strange, being in the back of the store and cramped by entrances to the bathrooms. Its particularly frustrating at peak rush, which tends to be rather slow at this location anyway.

This is a great Starbucks location!! Always a friendly staff and they make drinks quickly. Except this one time I went and the barista that took my order was in a hurry and didnt hear me say iced chai latte so she made an iced coffee, I told her it wasnt what I wanted and she was rude and acted like I was trying to get a free drink or something, but I dont drink coffee.

Went to pay from the drive up after ordering a couple of coffees only to find out that they will not take a $50 bill. I guess they dont like US currency, but they might want to put some signs up before your get in line, order, and wait for the window. Caribou Coffee takes money plus their coffee is better, too.

Very friendly! The staff is amazing here and I am always served within 3 minutes whether I am in the drive thru or inside. Of course, they have free wifi and the environment is usually pretty calm and quiet. One of my favorite places for coffee and tea.

Its a pretty small store. Staff at my visits get the drinks made quickly. It probably seats 15. Its close to the freeway. I stop here often and they alway seem to have all the Sandwiches available.

Drive thru was a bit sluggish but staff were REALLY friendly. My drink was perfect.
