The design of the building and drive through suck, thats not anyone in the stores fault, but worth mentioning. When we ordered our food they didnt double check anything but when I heard the total it sounded wrong. Upon pulling up to the window we asked to hear the order back and it was indeed far from what we had asked for. When we politely asked to have it corrected the man taking orders leaned from the window and told his staff "she ordered wrong" and I heard someone swear inside. We also mentioned that they had only put down 1 chicken quessarito when we had ordered 3, when he told the woman working on putting things together about it she glared over her shoulder at us through the window. We even apologized and thanked them for fixing the order as the man handed us the receipt and drink, which he ignored before closing the window and gesturing angrily to the other employees. I almost never review places, but this service was so horrible that I felt as though I had no choice.

Outstanding service. My boyfriend and I ordered our usual favorites and were at a table waiting for our order to come up. We werent even waiting that long but they apologized for the delay and gave use free cinnamon twists. These employees care about customer satisfaction.

I just spent the last 10 mins trapped in their drive thru because their computers were down. No one came out to tell us, and there was no way out. When I called inside to complain, they apologized but didnt offer compensation. Bad service.

Every time Ive gone there they give you like no meat!. Lost my business which sucks because I work so close. Its frustrating not getting what you pay for. Service is excellent though.

Taco Bell has great fast food - my favorite is the chicken quesadilla. The staff at this location are friendly, but it wasnt very clean. Still a good choice for a quick bite.

Old school taco Bell, has the old decor such as the pink and green triangle and circle. Pretty small place, but they were fast, and service was good!
