Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. I have eaten at other Tumbleweed franchises, but this experience was not representative of the expected food quality. We were first served a cola beverage that looked like light-colored tea. After bringing the appearance and taste of the drink to our server, it was replaced with a quality cola beverage apologetically. When our meal was served, the mixed vegetables served were not warm, and were visibly over-cooked. These were also apologetically replaced with a serving that was surprisingly picture perfect to the photo from the menu. Unfortunately, these were saturated with oil. Otherwise, the meal was acceptable. Unfortunately, I will not return as not enough attention was being paid to the quality of food being served, which is not good business, which could result in health issues.

I keep giving them chance after chance and they keep disappointing me. This time chips were stale, salad was wilting, service was careless, loaded potato was cold. And then we were charged for an item we were to get free because we are on their email list. We waited for 30 minutes after we were done before we were checked out. Not coming back.

Food is always good. Service, not so much. The last 3 times ive visited its almost like being forgotten about. Listened to a waitress talk to the table behind us about gossip in the restaurant and personal subjects that probably shouldnt be shared in a family setting. Still planning to visit often but not with the same respect i once had.

Great steaks GREAT PRICES and Great SERVICE. SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Well worth it!!! AGAIN. This week Great Times at Tumbleweed.--- Off Charlestown Rd. New Albany Indiana. Staff is Great. To begin with it took 1/2 hr to get our drinks I sat an watched hostess clean dirty tables an go back to rolling silver didnt bother washing hands I ordered buffalo wings I got plan burnt wings an she said I guess thay forgot an brings out a side of sauce lol so not a very good meal

Tumbleweed is Tumbleweed some days its good some days its bad. The service is usually slow, occasionally itll surprise you and you will get warm food. The menu seems to change few times a year. It is what it is ok food ok price
