The food was really good. Although we didnt get the biscuits as they are advertised. We only got 4 for biscuits for a party of 5, never got any more, and was told "these were all I could get because they keep running out". That was upsetting enough, especially as we had kids that were hungry and were getting impatient. By the end of our time, our 1 yo was extremely tired and getting fussy, so we decided it was time to head home, although we had not finished our meal. When the server was asked for carry out boxes, she brings back these tiny boxes that were about 3x4 or 4x5..... not big enough for snow crab legs, that I hadnt been able to enjoy. When we asked about a bigger box, she claimed that was the only size she had available. Making trying to get the legs in this tiny box quite difficult, even after breaking them apart. I understand that it was our choice to leave early, but I wouldnt want to sit in a restaurant with someone elses fussy kid, so I was try to be respectful. However, that does not excuse the lack of service that the restaurant was able to provide. With this being my first time ever to this location, Im not entirely sure I would go back. If there is ever a time I do go back, I would only hope that they are better managed and stocked than what they were tonight.

service was OK, but the food was just pathetic, especially after seeing the ads on TV. lobster was small & way overcooked, steak was small & fatty, the fish (NO "catch of the day") & the waiter seemed pretty stingy with the dinner rolls. Dont plan on eating here anymore anyways as Red lobster seems to be going downhill, year by year they get worse and worse & more expensive. The salads used to be good & are now only lettuce & croutons if youre lucky... Have been a customer/consumer @ R.L. for 30+ years & will NOT go to any of them ever again! TOO PRICEY for minimal amount of food & service. Also the waitresses & waiters are overworked & underpaid.

Service was extremely slow we waited for about 45 minutes before we actually got our food it took at least 15 to get our appetizer and biscuits. They were not busy. There was a table that was left dirty for almost the entire period of time that we were there. Server was nice but didnt apologize for our wait or acknowledge the fact that we were getting pretty irritated. We sat by the kitchen and one person was having a convo with another asking her if she wanted to get drunk tonight. Steaks were dry and the whole meal was not that great. We wont be back should have went to Olive Garden.

Excellent food; fresh, served hot and great lunch menu selections. Grilled salmon, grilled shrimp skewers, Ultimate Feast & popcorn shrimp all delicious; the rice pilaf was flavorful & the broccoli surprisingly good - not over/under-cooked. Cheddar biscuits were hot and plentiful - the garlic wasnt overpowering & they were not at all greasy. The restaurant was clean and the servers plentiful. Our waitress was a bit annoying, but she kept the glasses re-filled & the food arrived in a timely fashion. We hadnt been to a Red Lobster in years & were very pleasantly surprised.

One of only a couple quality seafood restaurants in Muncie, conveniently located on McGalliard Road. Families are welcome, and the menu has something for everyone. A bit more pricey than some of the fast-food seafood restaurants in town, but the food is of better quality. Theres also a small bridge to Red Lobster off the Cardinal Greenway for those on bicycle or foot.

This Red Lobster was always our favorite place to go until yesterday (08/11/2017) all of our food was reheated way to hot to even eat and the shrimp linguini the shrimp was like rubber and tasted soiled.. the manager stop by our table and we told her .. but she walked us off and said we never reheat the food... no apology or anything .. very disappointed

The kitchen let the waitress down tonight. The biscuits were reheated and hard and the mashed potatoes looked like they had been sitting in a steam pan all day. The service was good, she was attentive and corrected the biscuits issue but by the time our entrees came I didnt want to complain anymore.

Valentines Day dinner at our favorite place. The shrimp and lobster cocktail was very good as was the rest of our dinner. Service was great and Joelle was very quick with anything we needed. Only complaint is that it was very cold at our table.

My wife and I sat at the bar. I got oysters on the half shell and crab legs. She had the endless shrimp. Service was quick and friendly. Stormy was our server/bartender. Well be back. During endless shrimp the servers run their butts off!

The food is amazing, but I just cant justify the prices for what we ordered. The lobsters in the tank were ridiculously overstocked, but our service was phenomenal.

I just love seafood. If you do, youll love this. Like most chains, the food tastes the same here as it does at any other Red Lobster. So you cant really go wrong.
