If I was rating solely on the bar and bartenders, Id award The Hideaway Lounge a solid 5 stars among dive bars. Even though the place was packed, they were quick, friendly, efficient and did an awesome job of keeping up at both the bar and the tables. Unfortunately, I have to include the "security" personnel in this one. The guy working the door and his partner on the floor were rude as hell. While there I watched the door guy: 1. Ignore incoming patrons while messing with his cell phone. 2. Intentionally drop IDs on the floor after looking at them. 3. Call a guy a racist for offering to buy him a Jagerbomb (he did this after accepting the drink). The guy walking the floor was just creepy in the way he followed female patrons around.

My boyfriend and I ordered nearly $50 worth of wings from here through HungryBoiler. We ordered the wings extra crispy with barbecue but got plain wings with no sauce. Although their wings are delicious, the hairs we found in them probably arent. We threw away all the food and ordered elsewhere. The manager that we talked to, Brandon Reed, offered to remake our order, but we didnt really want to risk eating hair so we declined and asked for a refund. We were told we would be refunded but never were.

Has great potential. As it is, its a dive bar. Way too smoky. Clean it up a bit and lose the smoking and you might have an awesome bar. Also the selection of liquor is somewhat limited. We didnt stay too long and would never go back as long as its smoking. Had to shower and wash all my clothes to remove the ashtray smell. Yuck!

Its a dive bar!! Expect local drinks and weekly cheap deals. Get yourself a good faux leather seat, play some billiards and enjoys the local working culture away from the campus bars. One of the few smoking bars Ive seen selling smokes. Saw HED p.e and was a great almost private show.

Just looking for a quick hangout spot. Stumbled upon this place and hit the jackpot. Prices of drinks are on point and it was 50 cent wing night! Have live music on Friday and Saturdays. Plenty to do darts and billiards and plenty of TV screens.

Great and fun environment every time i visit!!! Wednesday night Karaoke is always a good time with a great variety of music for all types of people...just a very welcoming atmosphere to be in plus its always drama free..

The trashiest bar I have ever been to. Dirty, expensive, bathrooms did not even have locks, awful set up, and rude bartenders. Would not go here again if I was paid to.
