Went there this morning for breakfast. The coffee was superb and the cinnamon muffin I had was absolutely delicious! Their coffee menu offers all the basics (drip, french press, latte, americano, etc) as well as some house specials. The staff was extremely friendly- and I came in at 7:30! Anyone that can be friendly and helpful at 7:30 in the morning is impressive in my book. If youre looking for a place with a good "coffee house vibe" this place is great. Its got vaguely hipster decor that all good coffeehouses have-exposed brick, rustic repurposed decorations, Edison lightbulbs, vintage style stools at the coffee bar, the whole 9 yards. But there were also some interesting Christian touches- old pews that had been painted fun colors are used as seating at a few of the tables and Gothic revival pendant lights that look like they came out of an old church hang above the counter. It gave the place a touch of personality and saved it from being cliche. It was also very quiet. I was there from 7:30 to 8:40 and there were only a few people in and out. If youre looking for a place that feels kind of like Greyhouse sans the bustle and crowding, this Sacred Grounds will do quite nicely! Its bigger than it looks on the inside too. Theres adequate seating for dozens of people, so dont be afraid to bring friends when you visit! Parking was free, very close to the building, and easily accessible. Id highly recommend checking out this awesome local coffeehouse. Ive been living in Lafayette for years and had never gone inside... but Im glad I did and Ill definitely be back!

Besides the awkward location not on the way to anywhere, Sacred Grounds is the best coffee spot in the city, free WIFI, great menu with original drinks, tasty foods, and really cool staff. The staff here makes good at not just trading cash for caffeine - solid reflection on the origins of this place. I always look forward to seeing who theyll have performing a live show - about every other month. Shawn McDonald made for the best concert Ive been to a few yrs ago. Id just like a Sacred Grounds 2 (Hebrews? Espressoul?) closer to campus.

I had the mango smoothie and it was amazing. I have never tried a smoothie with whipped cream! AAAMAZING! Also the customer service was above and beyond amazing. You can tell that the people who work there really love to be there and care about the quality of service. Great atmosphere to talk and work (they have wifi.)

Simply put, its peaceful. The repurposed building is hand-decorated, spacious, yet cozy. The people are great and if you dont see a friend there, youll probably quickly make a few. Food is good, too, and prices reasonable. Ideal for meeting a friend, a client, or a group. My favorite place in all of Lafayette!

Hands down the best quality coffee in Lafayette. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and the cafe is spacious with nice rustic decorations. My wife and I visit as often as we can.

Been here a couple of times and never been let down by a cup of coffee. Dirty Hippie is a must try! Also very calm place to get away from west lafayette and study.

Its a quaint hippy slacker type of coffee house. Nothing amazingly special about it. Offbeat decor, a little pricy, but overall okay food and good coffee drinks.

I love coming here. Their Chi Tea Latte is great, along with their salads, grilled cheese with tomato and pesto, tomato soup, and vegetable quesadillas.
