Today I went into this starbucks store in lafayette indiana. I had a simple order of a Grande latte. While I was waiting for my order to be made I noticed a gentleman waiting also. He ended up asking where is order was and had to tell them what he was waiting for. After he had received his order I waited for mine. Three other customers came in, ordered, received their order and left while I stood patiently waiting for mine. No one asked what I was waiting for, asked if I had received my order or anything. I waiting 10 minutes and still no one asked me anything. Finally I gave up when I saw that they were cleaning the counter and the dishes that they use. I will never go back to this store again. They have no idea of customer service!

I enjoy this location in the Lafayette area the best so far since Ive moved here. The staff are always welcoming and let me take my time (The seasonal menu of drinks always seem to change, I cant keep up). The drinks are made quick and Ive never had a drink order that wasnt correct. The tables and chairs are clean and inviting. This location also has outdoor seating, which is nice when the weather allows it. Note, the parking lot is somewhat small, so during prime coffee drinking hours the drive-thru (which for this corner location overflows into the road) can overflow and block parking spots.

I went through the drive through at 8:42, thats what the sticker on my coffee says at least. I ordered a venti Carmel frapachino no whip and a bacon, egg and gouda. Ive never had trouble with them until today. I took a drink from my coffee and it tasted like a dirty coffee bean. If I didnt have to be at work by 9am I would have went in and asked for a new one but I didnt have the time. I had to throw it away because it tasted so awful. Not only that but my sandwich wasnt very warm and tasted hard. So disappointed. Dont know if Ill ever go back to this starbucks again.

The Starbucks I go to most of the time. Overall, very good. Since Im paying $5 / drink every time I come in here, I think I should expect friendly service. I dont think most coffee drinks are worth $5 alone, but a great atmosphere, friendly staff and hi-speed internet are worth it. Some of the staff are absolutely top-notch and my visit enjoyable. My favorite barista works here. Unfortunately other baristas lack the personal touch that draw me. Tables, restrooms are always clean. Service is prompt. A notch or two up on the personal touch would make it > 4 stars.

With Starbucks, you come to expect a particular kind of service that is geared towards a relational approach. One older gentlemen who works at this location is quite rude, and on multiple occasions I have reported him to corporate. Each time I do, I receive a response they will address this issue. Unfortunately, it has never gotten any better which has sadly resulted in me refusing to visit this location any more. If you are wanting an enjoyable atmosphere with your Starbucks, do not visit this location!

Usually this is my favorite location because its the closest to my home on my way to work. Friendly staff and not fast service, but not slow either. Its usually faster when its busy, which is crazy. But today I ordered a Venti caramel maqiato and it was only 2/3s full. Like it felt really light. I had already driven off, I was late for school, by the time I noticed. I just think its rude how they could just ignore the fact that they ripped me off. Had higher expectations for my favorite cafe.

The sagamore and 38 location I will not recommend or go to again. I have been here 3xs. The manager isnt friendly. He acts irritated with customers. He doesnt give recommendations or ideas. If you havent been to Starbucks before this location isnt the one to visit first. You have to know what you want and order & order quickly. He has been at the register all 3 times i have been here. I do not feel comfortable sitting down to stay a while.

I have never written a negative review, this is my first. The manager at this location goes out of his way to be rude to you. I will never go back to this location until they get rid of that guy. Since we do tons of business with Starbucks, I have had the pleasure to direct people to a different location to avoid "Grumpy the coffee clown..." I hope you never have the displeasure of meeting him. Please seek coffee elsewhere.

Starbucks is great. My only complaint is their lack of consistently. I always order extra pumps of the White Chocolate sauce. If you watch them make the drinks, you will see that some times they bang on the pump quickly which causes it to not be the correct amount. Sometimes they are slower and gentle, but they dont push it all the way down and then let it come back up all the way. Some stores are worse than others.

The staff here are super friendly... With each other. Unfortunately, not so much with customers. It seems like too much attention is being given to "being friends" and not enough on customer service. They openly and loudly complain about aspects of their job, and often wonder allowed how to do something. It certainly doesnt help you trust what youre about to drink.

Its Starbucks. You already know whether or not you like the coffee. I am rating the location and this location is a mess. Parking is a nightmare with plenty of traffic snarl inside the parking lot. Significant wait times at the drive through and a crowd in the building proper. The problem is that this place gets more customers than the layout can handle.

I ordered a no foam drink this morning but received one with a lot of foam. When I took the lid off, stuck my finger clear down in foam only, the waitress told me that was the way it came out and I should just wait for the foam to settle down. She was rude and turned her back on me and refused to change my drink. I will not return to this store!

The customer service here is horrible. The staff is extremely rude and the management thinks that is acceptable!! In fact, they are part of the problem. "Assistant supervisor" Megan should attend a management 101 refresher course. While in the area, visit the West Lafayette or the Lafayette Commons locations instead!!

Tyler (barista) was very rude when I asked him about my drink. He then proceeded to patronize me about what I had ordered and told me I had ordered wrong. In fact, I had not ordered wrong, it was written down wrong. Work on your customer service, no need to be rude even when you are busy.

I ordered midnight mint mocha frap. My sister asked for mocha frap with dark cocoa powder. This store told me that the menu is gone and they do not carry dark cocoa powder. Then i went to other starbucks and ordered same things. And i got my drink. Seems like they do not want to work.

The chi tasted like slightly flavored water and immodestly dressed barista dismissed my dissatisfaction. At Lafayette, Indiana, Main Street and 52 store, impatient employees while no one was in line behind me in store. Drive-thru was busy.
