Food was well below what I am used to receiving at a Red Lobster. The food was half cold when it did arrive. We had endless shrimp. My last order of the paste took 20 plus minutes to come out. Then I saw the server remove the ticket form the kitchen form the middle of the paste. I had to ask her what she had done. The server still tried to serve the dish. I told her to take it away and to bring me a fresh batch. That is when I ask for the manager and it went down hill from there! The kitchen was super slow. The manager was condescending and fairly rude when I ask why it was taking so long. The server seemed to not have any idea what was going on as well. Needless to say we will not be visiting the Kokomo Indiana Red Lobster again!!

Great food.... Terrible waiter. Our waiter brought us a salad when we said thanks, he covered his mouth and said Im sorry I have a mouthful of croutons. He pushed us into ordering and then quit listening while we were ordering so he could have a five minute conversation with the next table. Then finally decided to take our order but instead of putting our order in he continued the conversation with the next table and when he realized the lady was from Germany he started talking about Hitler and the haulacost. When he brought us our check he hinted we should tip him then insulted the Indianapolis colts and told us he was a Patriots fan. I doubt seriously that we will return which is a shame because everyone else was great

Well I have not been pleased at all with my visits as of lately. The service is slipping...bad.. not to mention who ever the bar tender is today a female that keeps talking about ridiculous stupid things about how she is going to a concert and yadda yadda... who cares? Let us dine in peace! And she makes awful drinks! I ordered a bloody Mary it was horrible way too much salt and lime! Then a moito and it was horrible too very bland and funny tasting. Think img you might need a bar tender that talks less and learns how to tend the bar better ;-)

Food was the worst food Ive probably ever gotten at a place like this! The staff was good but the food was terrible and I dont think it was just this location the taste of it was the worst part and I got chicken strips and of course got those disgusting biscuits and then my dad got lobster which also wasnt good.

A perfectly cooked med rare steak at a seafood spot? STOP THE PRESS! It happend!! The Surf n Turf was seriously off the chain & Eva the waitress had mad skills and couldnt of been nicer. The restaurant is well kept with a warm atmosphere. Is it slightly over priced? Well yes, but I knew that when I showed up:)

FABULOUS Time !!!! We Always Ask for the Best waitress at the Kokomo Red Lobster . " Eva " She is always sooo attentive , even if its the Busy Time. !!! Food was Great. .. Hot and the Fish was Crunchy and moist.. the Biscuits were fresh...and the Baked Potato was one of the Best !!!!

Enjoyed great service for the endless shrimp event but discovered that the scampi refills are not prepared the same way as the orgional entrée. Had to request proper preperation to get good refills. Bad move Red Lobster choosing to sacrifice quality for speed.

I love their biscuits & shrimp. Pricy but good quality and quantity. $9 on the lunch menu got me cheddar bay biscuits, salad, shrimp, and a side of zucchini & summer squash. Great service too.
