Im here on new years day 2017 at 1pm with my husband and daughter. It took a little while to get the food, but its always worth the wait. Our server did an awesome job despite the delay. Now...this other lady, Cindy..she was horrid. Standing around with her hand on her hip bitching about how shes been here for 5yrs and deserved a shot at management or whatever..salty about how somebody else was made manager. So instead of helping everyone during the rush, she literally stood around throwing a tantrum. She actually did throw a tantrum and yelled in front of customers about how she had a table walk out. Honestly if I was her table i would have walked out too..I watched her say "this orange juice doesnt look right" RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, and then proceeded to hand it to them to drink. Shes awful. The whole crew seemed stressed out by her. Get rid of that old hag and replace her with someone who will actually be a part of the solution and I feel like this whole crew would flow better.

worst location I have ever been to, sat down and waited over 15 minuets just to get our drink order taken, by someone who wasnt our waiter, and said our waiter would be with us shortly. Brought back the drink, and on my glass was what looked like a dead roach that was caught between the glasses. Waiting on someone else to try to take our food or drink order so I could get it fix one of the servers yelled at a young lady saying if you can wait Dennys is right up the road. So I walked out and went to Dennys as well

Do not go there if you are in a hurry, have more than one table of people or during busy times. The place is too small and incapable of taking orders and serving food for more than one table at a time. Only 12 people in there, four tables and took almost an hour and a half to get everyone served! The first two tables were done eating before the order was taken for the fourth table. Had to repeatedly ask for eating utensils and to get the rest of an order. Food is good though!

It was fast, and easy. Very nice, compared to other waffle houses. No flies so yay them. Staff was very nice and polite. If you get eggs you have to specify that sunny side up doesnt mean are though. My friend got sunny side up and the top of her egg wasnt cooked. Apparently you have to tell them sunny side up medium done. I was sitting there thinking like why on earth are people eating raw eggs.

My family and I were there for an hour when we were finally were served our food. However only two of us got a plate of food. Apparently the gave the rest of our order to someone else. Dont go to this Waffle House . There is a room in the back for their employees to congregate and argue loudly. All the while you wait there in a cold seat wondering if the waffles are worth the terrible service.

Fantastic service and outstanding food. Our server, Mica, was extremely friendly and hospitable. The manager, Matthew, came over to our table and was very nice to talk to. Awesome Waffle House experience

Ive never had to wait over an our for two waffles. Seriously. Theres way too much drama going on here. Save your time and go to IHOP instead, because no wait this long is worth anyones time.
