I came in durring dinner I believe. -very nice atmosphere, high end quality feel i was suprised it is on the plaza next to a qudoba, the music they play is very calmming. -walking in the smell was intoxactingly good full seaseasonings and smells that just make want the food even more. -durring my wait I was given water and very tasty lite crispy seasoned item sillar to a tostada, I enjoyed it very much however i do not know what they are called. - the vegitable samosas were well seasoned to my liking but was served on bed of shredded lettuce, lettuce looked slightly old -the paneer saag felt like it needed salt but that is why you have salt on the table however it was pretty good, It also reminded me of a dish my mother made with spinach and squash. -Filling yet humble in my opinion,l. - will come by again to try something new!

The location is gold and as a result this is a popular location among the folks from surrounding places - lunch buffet is crowded but you can go in around 1300 hrs and find seating easily enough. The menu is nice enough but they do lack consistency. I generally order a fixed set of things and the taste is definitely not the same every single time. At times its delicious and absolutely rich in flavor while other times its ho-hum. They do have coupons online so make sure you use those as well. The service sometimes is on the slower side and they do make a weird issue with to-go boxes from time to time (like giving you the styrofoam boxes to carry gravy entrees!)

I have order food from DoorDash chicken biryani and chicken chili and this restaurant people sent me veg biryani and zerra rice and some chicken curry with sauce, if I cal to the restaurant regarding this he was bit rude should order clearly and I told him that chili chicken and chicken curry are different he was like we make the same way Im Indian too I know how chili chicken goes thats the worst experience for the first time I order you people !!! the chicken curry was very good. service was slow. there was practically nobody in the restaurant but i still had to wait beyond what they had quoted. One waiter had made a mistake or something, i did not catch what it was, but the manager was berating the employee right in front of me, and continued to talk to me about how bad the waiter was. all in all made for a very awkward experience and i dont see myself going back anytime soon

Nirvana on earth. This place is pure bliss. The moment you walk in, the fragrant scent of spices will ease away the tensions of driving near the cataclysm of campus traffic. With very reasonable buffet prices, you can try everything and need take no foreknowledge of Indian food with you. Clean, well-lit, fresh hot food. The only downside is that finding parking can be very difficult, especially at peak dining times.

Great Food. Lots of options for Vegetarian and Non veg food. Offers Authentic Indian food. They have lunch buffet in the morning which has wide variety of veg & non veg options to choose from. Ambience is good as well. Staff was very friendly & great service. During lunch time its hard to find parking so be careful if you are visiting around lunch time. One of the best Indian Lunch Buffet in downtown Indianapolis.

I started going here a couple months ago for lunch and havent been disappointed. The lunch buffet is great and they get you seated quickly. There are also coupons on their website. Most recently I purchased their buffet box that allows you to fill a box to go with as much food that will fit. It is likely enough food for leftovers or another meal. The best food item Ive tasted is the Tikka Masala but its all good.

Average food, below average service and horrible for take-out. You are given a box with three small compartments and a small cup for a side. There is no way to seperate the different curries in the box and they refuse to give any extra cups. A better way for them would be to use a box with more comparments or to give 3-4 small cups to seperate the different curries and a small box with them.

Worst restaurant, worst food, worst service. I hate myself coming to this restaurant. The food is horrible. If we ask spicy food they just put chilli powder in it and give. Biryani is not a biryani. Biryani is a disaster. When some orders spicy food that doesnt mean that the other person should feel the raw taste of that spice. I feel ashamed to give that one star.

Best Indian place in town! Just be sure to catch their buffet from 11:30 - 3:00p to get the best experience. Several classic Indian dishes served all you can eat style for only $9. Service is acceptable and the atmosphere is that almost of fine dining. Would definitely recommend buffet for someone interested in trying Indian for the first time

The food is always good quality. The daily lunch buffet is wonderful, and less than $10! Probably my favorite restaurant in the IUPUI area. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is sometimes the customer service isnt very good. But definitely some place to go if you want excellent food for a great price!

I am used to eating Indian food visually from a buffett, so I didnt know exactly what to order. The waiter was patient and listened to my descriptions before making a suggestion. He was 100% spot on. The food was delicious and the service top botch. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A little smaller seating footprint than Indian Garden but our lunch group unanimously thought that the flavor, quality, and variety were better! We placed it on our rotating list to definitely come back here!

Food served is not fresh. They reheat the left overs and food is not cooked well(burnt). Too pricy. Overall bad experience. Never want to go back.

Food was cold, undercooked meat... I wouldnt recommend going to this. Ive had in a lot of Indian restaurants and this is the worst of them all.

Lunch buffet is good value at just under $10 with tax. Buffet well stocked. The chicken curry is particularly good, as is the mango pudding.

First time trying Indian food. I enjoyed it. Loved the curry goat and mango pudding. Nicely decorated. Not very expensive.
